I've seen this somewhere before but for the life of me I can't remember if he's a Tumblr western artist or Pixiv artist who does the animations with that chick from Touhou called Yukari or something

No no no, I really meant a character named yukari. Maybe that's not her name? She wears some white cloth thing on her head

But actually my bad it's actually an animation of Satsuki from kill la kill, the artist does a lot of stuff related to her

The artist for pretty much all of the work (if not 100% of it) is Derpixon.

Edit: can be found on newgrounds, Hentai-Foundry, Twitter, etc.. i really love his work he just released a new video on July, 21.

Edit Edit: as far as the character name goes, im really not sure. the artist is Derpixon if its not his patreon work then you should be able to find the source video on one of his blogs, rather that be newgrounds or hentai-foundry.

Sweet! I've been looking through their animations but haven't found the one in the screenshot. I went ahead and sent them a message on Pixiv to find out, thank you for your help!
