Disabled antivirus but it still didn't do anything. Also tried running it as administrator

So I beat the Nun and reexplored the new area but I can't find the Nun scene if one was added.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. After unpacking the game and replacing the stuff inside the %DEFAULT FOLDER% with the stuff from the translation I try to open the game application in the folder. All I get is a white screen so I know I messed up somehow.
