New update Seems developer's made a lot of progress and (if google translate is ever accurate) might be trying to finish up the game this month. Either that or all the sounds effects.

The Demo had English text available so I don't see why the final release wouldn't keep that. Unless you mean on the English DLsite side

There's a special plank you can get from another dungeon which normally allows you to cross 1 tile gaps. Use that with Jump to get over that lava
