Are you able to use GameMaker for h-games, considering the terms and conditions? I know there are devs using it; so is it not enforceable, just to cover Yoyo from liability or an I misunderstanding the text? I'm looking at section: "6: PROHIBITED ACTIONS" and line "viii"
