I know some of you might have seen it already, but it certainly deserves some recognition, and i hope making it a separate thread doesn't cause backlash because this article was very heartfelt. This articles about a young fan who died of cancer at age 22, and gearbox put in a eulogy to its upcoming Borderlands 2 for fans to listen to. For a moment I thought the person mentioned in the article was a friend I knew. They both have the same first name and not to far apart in age when they were taken by cancer, but he was taken last year at 23 years of age.

I may have only known him for a year online, but in that time he became a very good friend I could trust, he will be missed. Cancer takes far to many good people before their time.

It's nice to see that Gearbox honored this person by immortalising him in a game he loved.
