Quick guide about how to solve a minimal information problem:
1. Available information from OP

pixy (probaly the name of the artist/circle)

released in april (release: DD/April/2011)

picture (use to determine the title)
STAGE1:
2. GO TO the english DLsite and search for 'pixy'
3. GET the list of the released titles by Lilith/Pixy
4. FIND the titles released in April (2011)
5. According to the picture CHOSE the one which fits
6. RESULT:
You must be registered to see the links
7. NOTE: You wont find DL location if you search for the english title, so
STAGE2:
8. GO TO the japanese DLsite
9. Same process than 2-5 except that you already know the following information
- name of the circle: Lilith/Pixy
- exact release date: DD/April/2011 where DD=29
10. RESULT:
You must be registered to see the links
11. SEARCH for the japanese title (google, yahoo, etc.)
12. RESULT

NOTE: STAGE1 is necessary because the english name (which is given in this case) of the circle and the japanese name is
