Ark City, Central District - Shopping Area

The shopping district of the Central District held a variety of store options... Including a comic shop, which did seem a little out of place at first, given the prevalence of clothing, music, and jewelry stores.

Currently, that shop seemed to be the focus of a small group... A group that had managed to catch the attention of one of the City's heroes.
