Etigoya mentions we have to find an ''official'' in this location 手配書 after we have done 3 bounties but I've been running in circles for a few hours now and I can't seem to find said place. Can you please tell me how to start a relationship with a Viper?
1) Passed the plot of the game, criminals all (including her) are free
2) Found her in one day in 4-5 different places, after each dialogue, she just runs away
3) I never met her at the casino, but only once I saw that she robbed the casino
4) There is a house on 8th street with all the improvements
5) I have been talking to her this way for more than a one day
6) When she tried to rob shops, she gave herself up three or four times.

So the question is, how do you start a relationship with her? Does she need to be defeated and arrested? Or continue to find her day after day in different places and talk to her (I recall that a maximum of 4-5 times with her spoke).

Not sure what file you get when you redownload, but if it is a .zip (which it is, most probably), if you are not in Japanese locale when extracting it (or use

as an alternative) you may get effed up files after extraction, which lead to "Can't load..." errors that you seem to be suffering from.

Just an idea. Maybe this helps.

Well I must say, very helpful walkthrough here thank you very much everyone for giving info about BH3. Now, I got 4 bounties and right now am at the 3rd bounty GOOGLEMAN and it is a pain in the ass cause
I could not get this guy anywhere, am speaking about the guy in the park that never appeared there and I never found him at the 4th area upper right or 7th area upper left so can anyone be more specific where to get him?
Anyway, is anyone willing to post a full 100% save file with all the H sex scenes? It will be very much appreciated.

So, I have 1 million on my hands, bought 4-8-9 houses, talked to her for several days in different places where I found, talked to her in all the outfits, the houses are empty and there are no relations with other characters, I can not understand that she speaks to me and runs away. I generally ran into her accidentally, saw that she was robbing something, found out a place and struck her. After I defeated the last boss, all the other criminals were released, I did not catch anyone else, including her. Can I arrange a marathon and catch all the criminals?

Here is my question I have a house in district 9 but I bought a new house in district 1 and when I talk with my partner I try to tell her that I want to move to district 1 but Mina ( protagonist... ) says "here is house 1" or something like that... I don't know if is a bug... I hate sell my house with my partner inside XD ( omg I'm a bad guy now ) ... that affect the affection with her
