There are three versions of RPG maker, XP, VX and VX Ace. It looks like you don't have the runtime installation for VX.

2K still lives, let's not let it die by being forgotten.

okay, I had meant to upload this a super long time ago. I also had meant to translate a lot more of it. but, I got side tracked, distracted, busied and forgot about it. sorry.
and as I previously stated with my Marionette Fantasy work, I simply don't have the time to do anything with this. again, sorry.
so, here it is, the very delays 1.8 version translation.
disappointingly only Districts 1 and 2 are done, some parts of district 3 are done.
I will not be continuing this project, if anyone so desires to pick this up, feel free to do so.

Sad to hear that, I liked this game and was thinking I'd finish it after the translation was over.

Thanks for all your work though. I wish I could pick it but I don't own the software to translate it(only have RPG Maker VX Ace) so I won't.

is it possible to refight allready captured guys or do you have to loose to them several times beforehand in order to get the fires in the h-recall room?

in case thats not even what im looking for... im missing the 1 and the 3 fire in the most bottom row of the h-recall room.

and i noticed that some scenes like the titfucking from the first enemy type dont even seem to show up in the recall room.

(is the game even complete?)

as far as I know, you cannot fight them again unless you start a new game
yes, losing to them multiple times lights the fires in the h-recall room
the game can be assumed to be complete as the creator has moved onto three other games already
all fires in the h-recall room can be lit, if that's what you mean
here's a 100% save
I believe it's for a version before the most recent update, so a few scenes might be missing, but the majority are there

Here you go.
Updated a save uploaded earlier that had most scenes, only missing 1 GOR, the drunken rape in district 1, and the girl on girl scene you get by talking to Blonde Girl after you snipe Blue Mowhawk bounty.

Noted that after you clear the game. There is always 2 out of the 10 bounties will always be available for hunting (they resurrect? or they sprung from jail) so if you missed a scene you should be able to get it again by hunting until the one you missed pops up (in theory - haven't seen the last boss pop up again).
