On the main screen you can click on the TV/Console, which is where you spend your money.
The menu is:
-Old Woman, sells consumables, which you can use to raise some yellow bar for the girl, trust maybe?
Anyway, having that bar higher seems to increase the points you get when groping.
-Old Man, sells upgrades that unlock more scenes with the girl, when you start you can only grope her tits, first unlock for 500 gives you the option of "kissing" her (looks more like penetrating her mouth with your tentacle tongue), haven't bought any others yet as they're stupidly expensive.
Also, making her cum by groping her boobs seems to have unlocked an upgrade that I couldn't buy before, so the empty spaces will probably fill up.
-Red Haired Girl, first for 200 is a consumable, which I think increases her mood (you'll see some pixel-style represantation of the girl in the lower left when interacting with her, if that goes fully red she's too pissed to let you do anything, the consumable puts her back in a better mood)
-Stat screen
-Info about the "Defender"
-Back to main screen
The calendar is an options menu, most of which I've got no clue what they do...
SE is probably sound effect volume, the one above FPS is Windowed/Full screen in standard resolution/Full screen scaled up to your resolution.
And finally in the lower left you'll get to the girl.
There the box to the upper right opens a menu, lots of empty space which probably has more stuff once you unlock it from the old man.
When you start you have five options:
-Push her onto the bed, here you'll be able to click on her a few times, once you see a heart shape when mousing over her, you'll grope her.
-Get close to her while she's sitting, initially allows you to pet her (no clue what the point of it is, slow mood increase maybe?)
-Inventory, with the consumables you get from the shops, you'll also see the yellow bar here.
-Stats for the "Defender", the one at the bottom is how many hits you can take, no clue about two items above.
-Leave back to the main screen
Now, when you get to groping her, don't just click on her boobs, it gives a few quick points, but the amount goes down with every click and it drops her mood very quickly, instead hold the button and move the mouse to slowly grope her.
This'll give you point "ticks" every few seconds, which increases her arousal (bar to the upper right, only pops up when you get points) as well as your combo.
Higher arousal=more points per "tick".
Every now and then the "Defender" will pop up and send 2-4 fists flying at you, DON'T STOP HOLDING YOUR BUTTON DOWN or you'll lose your combo and you'll get less points when going back to groping.
Just move your pointer to the sides to dodge the fists, going up or down doesn't work, take too many hits and the scene is over.
Timing your dodges is a bit tricky, as sometimes the fists seem to just hit almost instantly, so you're best of moving to one side when the guy appears, then quickly moving to the other when the first fist starts to vanish.
Get her arousal bar to full (takes quite a while...) and she orgasms.
You can keep going, but it seems her yellow bar drops to zero afterwards, you can go back to the menu with the Inventory to use consumables though.
When you end the scene, either by choice, by pissing her off too much or taking too many hits from the Defender, you'll get a stat screen of what you've accomplished and get money based on points and combo ( I think
)
Getting her to orgasm once gives you about 300-400 yen/bucks/whatever, so progress is somewhat slow...
