You can get vegetable ingredients (without gaining karma) at the goblin base or at the small village west of that (do the quest for the villager and he lets you take vegetables).
You may also be able to buy them from the merchant in the center of town, depending on the day.
It is a vegetable dish that you can make; use the stove at your home base.

Hey, I'v been checking v2.1 - when pressing D, there're no options mentioned here: http://www.ulmf.org/bbs/showpost.php?p=818118&postcount=1163
It just shows General Statistics, and then also Sex Stats...
Is it a bug?

Thanks, found those options.
(1) Strangely, after entering this config, sound of footsteps enables. Also occasionally it enables mode, in which each step on global/hostile map spams with "+1 time", and each battle concludes with "+N ingredients". I've reverted this by loading game, but it reenabled again after some time... I wonder if there's a way to disable it using normal means...
(2) Raul quest won't start, although I have already 61 impression point with him. No lions in Spring, no talks about the lion.

Well I've figured out, that (1) problem occurs, when switch[42] is switched ON. Probably forgotten somewhere to switch-off.
And (2) occurs only after daemon (which blocks way to capital) quest completion.

Also for those who has problems getting Titan spell for Yuna (for ghost house quest) - make sure to check "Set Skills" for her. Also, probably Crest Of Stone is required equipped for her.

Answer: In order to farm impression, it's required to spend time adventuring together with target person. Impression grows in battles, but not with crest of arms (autowin).
