Here's another translation.

Story and Gameplay summaries taken from ULMF main thread. Credit to @sora454 for them.

Live the life of a pirate captain! You start out as a new pirate crew of 3 with Bebeckio and Bebecky, take to the seas in your ship and battle other pirates, recruit new allies, evade wandering navy ships, loot merchant ships, plunder towns, and of course, have plenty of sex. There are 6 (technically 5) seas to conquer. Become the pirate king by defeating all other pirates in the 6 seas.

This game is a turn-based game which is surprisingly deep in terms of combat. You start out with a base where you can set up your crew (up to 6 members, but 3 are locked in, so you can effectively bring 3 other allies with you), talk to Bebeckio who can build new ships and modify existing ones, call out to your crewmembers to give them items or, if they're female, have sex with them, and of course save.

Once you leave the base, you're out on the open seas on your ship. You can sail around freely. When another pirate ship or a navy ship spots you, they will chase you, while if a merchant ship spots you, they will run away. Contact with another ship will initiate combat.

Combat in this game is as mentioned, turn-based with a bit of strategy involved. The two ships are combat units in addition to each ships' crewmembers as well. When all crewmembers of the enemy ship dies, or if the enemy ship itself dies, you win. Of course, the same goes to you - if your crewmembers or your ship dies, you lose.

There are two types of attacks: Weapon attack and cannon attack. Weapon attacks can only attack crewmembers, while cannon attacks can attack either ship or crew, but deal less damage to crewmembers. Additionally, each unit has their own unique set of skills that specialize them towards certain roles. The MC, for example, is a tank whose skills include an AOE 1 turn paralyze, a 1 turn taunt, and a party buff that increases the weapon attack damage of your crew. Bebecky, meanwhile, is a cannon attack specialist with a quick skill that increases her cannon attack damage for 1 turn, and a double cannon attack skill, as well as a single target heal. Skills have a cooldown period of multiple turns and some of them cost MP. Quick skills are skills that do not consume the user's turn, allowing them to take another action.

There are no levels in this game, and as such there is no need to grind for experience. The only way to get stronger are to get stronger ships or stronger crewmembers.

This game features a New Game+ option where you can start a new game with your existing crew, as well as a cheat mode where your starting characters become hilariously overpowered to the point of OHKO-ing everything. Beating the game again in cheat mode will automatically unlock all gallery scenes.

To get stronger ships, you can have Bebeckio build a better one for you or modify an existing one - provided you have the funds. There are only 2 modifications: One for increases firepower but less speed and defenses, or one for less firepower but more speed. You can also obtain stronger ships by killing all members of an enemy ship's crew and taking their ship for yourselves. You can then freely swap between ships by talking to Bebeckio in your base.

To get stronger crew, you can visit certain towns and cities on the map. Early on, you will encounter some that will join your crew readily, although later ones will require you to have a specific item. These specific items can be bought from merchants that you can randomly encounter when entering a town or city. However, the strongest people that you can recruit are more often than not, enemy pirate crewmembers. In order to do so, you must destroy their ship without killing them. If you manage to do so, you get the option to either recruit the surviving crewmember or turn them in to the navy for their bounty. Even then, some pirates have certain conditions to meet before you can recruit them. If you don't fulfill these conditions when you destroy their ship, they'll be gone forever.

You can attack towns and cities with your crew as well. Small towns are razed off the map, while attacking towns give you the option to either subordinate with them or plunder them. Subordination will make that city into your base, allowing you to expand your base throughout the seas, while plundering will cause a special scene while removing that city from the map permanently.

There are 35 scenes to unlock. Most of them are unlocked by calling out to your female crewmembers in your base and selecting the sex option. Plenty of these have certain conditions to fulfill before you get to have sex with them.

Each city has 2 sex scenes, 1 from subordination (you have to enter the bar, then the VIP room, then select the sex option), and 1 from plundering (wherein the girl representing the city gets raped).

WARNING: This game contains loli. I did not translate any age specifically, but some characters appear underage or underdeveloped in sex scenes.

Here's a link to the translation patch.

Because the game is shipped as a packaged RPGMaker MV game, you'll need a tool like EnigmaVBUnpacker (Google it)
to unpack the game and then apply the patch.

Instructions
:
1.) Download the game.
2.) Download the patch and unzip it using 7Zip or a similar program.
3.) Download the aforementioned tool, and place it into your game directory.
4.) Unpack the game using the tool (open the tool program, choose the original game file, then click OK).
5.) Cut/Paste contents of the "Default Folder" (if created) into your game directory, and rename the original game exe to something else.
6.) Copy/paste the patch data to the www folder of your game directory, overwriting the original files (the "data" folder, "img" folder, AND the "JS" folder).
7.) Enjoy! (Use the exe file created by the Unpacker, not the original game exe file).
This game uses basic RPGMaker commands and basic RPGMaker combat.
WSAD: Move ship up, down, left, right
Z or Mouse: Enter

It looks like you have also translated links to resource files, but didn't include those files in translation pack. I am getting all sorts of errors from broken resource files. Translating filenames manually works, but I have to do it one-by-one when I encounter broken link in the game, because I can't know what you did choose to translate each of them to.
Could you please upload translated resource files somewhere?

EDIT: Example Com_大砲.rpgmvp -> Com_Cannonball.rpgmvp

Thanks for pointing out the error.

I'm not sure if providing my resource (graphic) files will help, however, as I don't even HAVE a Com_Cannonball.rpgmvp file, and don't remember translating any of the filenames for graphics. I do have a Com_Cannon.png file, but that was just me testing out graphics stuff. I DO have the Com_大砲.rpgmvp file; do you have that one?

Can you give me a screenshot of an error you're finding and where you're encountering it/them?

EDIT: Dang it, I see it now. Hang on, lemme try to fix it.
EDIT2: Okay, fixed everything EXCEPT for the damn "Cannonball" reference. Lol, I'm opening all the plugin files and common events files and none of them reference "Cannonball". Hell, even old projects that worked before are showing the same error. Dunno what's wrong, but I'm really sorry about this mess. FML.

Renaming this 4 files seems enought to fix it: /www/img/battlecomands/
Com_スキル.rpgmvp -> Com_Skill.rpgmvp
Com_大砲.rpgmvp -> Com_Cannonball.rpgmvp
Com_攻撃.rpgmvp -> Com_Attack.rpgmvp
Com_防御.rpgmvp -> Com_Guard.rpgmvp

I didn't really go beyond the battle screen errors, but bunch of other files also have Japanese names, so I assumed they will become a problem at some point, too.
Thanks a lot, guys. I will try with sorting out the battlecommands ones and see how it goes from there.

.. and thanks for the translation, @Emerald_Gladiator. I should have probably started with this :D

For me it worked and I didn't get any more errors since. What files do the errors mention now? If still the same, then maybe you have made a typo somewhere when renaming?

Sorry guys. I figured that would solve the problems, but I'm working on fixing the file names in the System.json file so that I won't need to include my graphics folder with the translation. However, changing the filename actually doesn't work for me and I'm not sure why (I have a Com_Cannonball.png file in the correct filepath and capitalization, and my game is still telling me it's missing that file).

My apologies for all these bugs. I've actually fixed everything EXCEPT that single damn error (the Com_Cannonball.png)

EDIT: Damn it, I have no idea why, but the problem's corrected when I copy/paste the actual rpgmvp file and rename it Com_Cannonball even though it's not a png file. Weird.
Okay, I'm gonna reupload with the corrected System.json file and I guess I'll just have to include that single damn Com_Cannonball.rpgmvp file since I can't find out where it goes to in RPGMaker MV). That and I wanna get this over with and move on to another game. I've done so much bug-testing that something as simple and noticeable as this is incredibly embarrassing.

Please let me know if you guys have any more problems - lemme upload the new translation files first though.
New translation with corrected System.json file and Cannonball correction:

OP updated to add translation v1.04, which fixes the Rare Merchant bug (not being able to buy certain items from him).

Also, if y'all are having problems with certain files not being found (coming out as gibberish in their names/titles), you need to change your locale to Japanese. I don't think many of you have a problem with that, seeing as how ULMF posters are often quite well-acquainted with JRPGs, but the folks over at F95zone are complaining about it, so just a heads up. I may be forced to use Bandizip as an alternative to package my translations (instead of 7Zip) if there's enough clamor about that problem though.

Upgrading the Caravel is still bugged, however. So don't upgrade the Caravel unless you want to get locked out of the respective upgrades for any future ships. Upgrading other ships works fine. Still investigating error, but I might need to give up.

How do you remove equipment?
Post in the actual appropriate ULMF game discussion next time (see OP).

To remove equipment, as long as it IS in fact a sword or gun or something, you can switch it out with another weapon.
However, I don't believe you can remove the equipment completely.
I've already updated my ReadMe to reflect that (based on tips from F95Zone users).

3.) Some text is actually embedded in pictures and while I COULD fix it, it'd take quite a while.
Well, I don't know what came over me, but...
Here's over 50 translated pics; I've taken the liberty of re-encrypting them with your files's key. Consider it a belated thanks for your work. :)

These go into www/img/ - back up the folder beforehand. They include most locations displaying on HUD, and ships UI.

edit: I think I missed one マップウインドウ.rpgmvp (income/cargo display)
It works fine if you copy the /variablehud one to /pictures.

Thanks @Strange for your work!
I've moved on to another translation project (nearly done with it too), but I'd be happy to update my translation to include your edits, and I'm sure others would appreciate it as well.
If you'd give me permission, I can patch my translation with your edits and inform ULMF and F95Zone (which also hosts a patched translated version of the game).
I'll give you the credit, of course.
