Mass immigration is total nonsense ...
This project comes BEFORE Ahok and Jokowi comes into their position in government ...

before the main plan of this project is to make use that place as Tourist magnet (hotel, nice beach, etc ...) by joint project from 3 company ...
however, there are many thing which makes it get hold ... (bribe asking, fisherman don't like it, and finally Ahok himself stop it)
now that project somehow stalled and barely get any progress ...
much of dismay of 3 companion who pay bribe and start that project ...

if you ask why it takes many year ? (more than 5 year now)
just look at the picture ...
they tried to build something at the middle of water and try to connect it to North Jakarta beach ... not to mention that land consist mostly by sand and weak stone (which is BAD to create any building without piling and creating solid platform first)
it's a very long term project and probably never get finished since it get framed for mass immigration by some idiot, also plenty of idiot believe that too ...
