First all sorry for the refloating, but i wanna ask you something guys.

I have some games o CAH, and i like them so much, i use to play them in my old computer, with windows 7. I have the japanese pack instaled and i have no problem to play games like "Figh girl in debt vs nimpo master" or "war record of iron maidens" or "My ball star lemon". The think is now in my new PC the dont work with japanese languaje pack or even with applocale. I have tried to change the compatibility operative sistem, but it didnt work. I still can play games like, "lili" "OL fight" or "princess kaguya" but the others dont work. Please if someone can help i apreciate it so much. I have this mensage that i cant understand.

Yo, zup, sorry i didn't notice your post earlier

It says: "Font is not installed" in the katakana/hiragana part. Those kanji i don't recongize tho i don't believe they could make a big difference in the message.
Now, beyond this i'm only trying an hypothesis, but i'm willing to bet you just need some specific japanese fonts. (I'm feeling as dumb as that probably sounded, as i am pretty knowledgeable in Software shit, but how come i'm not sure about this? lol)

Btw, i'm just not necroing for that (and sorry for...) but this warranted it:

I've got quite a few of these and I've been hunting them down in my spare time. If I can find most of them I'll make a MEGA upload with all the files but if anyone has anything they can add to the collection or if anyone wants to start a fund to try and buy some of his more obscure games that would be a big help.

I'm real sorry about the necro all, but I have been having trouble playing any of cutters games on my computer for quite some time now and would really appreciate some help. I have all of the basic things already set up
(App Locale/Japanese font installed/all of the RPG makers,etc.) I am able to launch the games but as soon as it tries to go past the opening where it probably says Cutters Adult Heaven presents- it crashes saying that it has stopped working correctly and to close the program. The only other game I have ever had a problem with is that too poor for clothes game. ANy help would be greatly appreciated.

Was searching for the Tale of Sealed monster one but I kept getting files that crashed on startup unfortunately, keeping my eyes out on this thread and other games.

*Edit the Yobai night copy that BurningScarlet linked also crashed for me, any reason why? I can also upload the Tale of Sealed monster if I find a fix
