Unfortunately, the enemy imp notices the child as they move closer. He marches up, chest puffed full of self-importance, and barks something unintelligible at the kid. When it doesn't respond immediately, just shivering and staring, he reaches out and swats the disobedient child on the head.

He staggers a bit, then straightens, glaring at the child, then transferring the glare to Liliana. Her youngest puts his hand on Liliana's knee, giving it a reassuring squeeze.
