I've lurked this site for many years and its time to give something back. This theme is a common request and is something I enjoy, so I thought I'd make a list of games that feature impregnation/pregnancy, whether its a gameover ending or as a gameplay mechanic. It can also include parasitism, and things involving spawning/birth.

This thread will be organised by game genre (ACT, RPG, VN/Text, Other) but may be subject to change.

I recommend viewing the list in Dark Mode 🌙

Each game link will be formatted like so: Name [Pregnancy theme eg Mechanic, GameOver, Story etc] [[Notes on the enemy, conditions, mechanic etc]].

Mechanic: is when the pregnancy theme is part of gameplay (such as status effect, in game birthing)
GameOver: is when the pregnancy theme can only be achieved due to losing the game.
Story: is mostly for VN's and is self-explantory, it happens inevitably as part of the story.
Other: might be a temporary tag or something that doesn't fit into the above descriptions.

Games with gold stars (★) are my personal recommendations/favourites.

**I'm not super active on this site and will need help from users who also enjoy this theme to help maintain this thread, please leave suggestions or game names with some info (what kind it is) so I can add to the list when I am active. I also rarely play VN's so let me know of any good ones to add to the list.**

One more thing, Derp666: as you're a man of culture, is there a specific tag, or any kind of way, to identify a game with the visual of the sperm racing towards/entering the egg?

Lilia liveihood, Pregnancy Labirint contains that.
Some games of Ressentiment contains egg durability (it's certainly not xray with pregnancy, but it's not too bad either)

I saw a couple more of these games, but I don't remember exactly what kind of games they are (most likely they were bad games otherwise I would have remembered)

In fact, this is my fetish too
Try find games with xray + pregnancy

In Parasite in City, I don't seem to recall the facehuggers able to impregnate you. Did I miss something?
