The only game I remember with farm is an RPG Maker game called Drop Factory

It sounds like you want a game similar to Breeding Season (the game's been shut down now but it has a successor called Cloud Meadow which is supposedly similar.) or maybe something like Strumpets - which is a brothel sim.

Not sure if you'd be into the art style, but there is a very good RPG/Slave Trainer game called "4 Elements Trainer"

It's based off of Avatar: The Last Airbender. It's still in development, but you can try out their public builds via their Patreon

There's also "Monster Girl Island", though I don't think it focuses on the slave trainer aspect very much. That is also found on Patreon with free public builds.

lust doll plus fits your description pretty well. has slavery, a cow girl farm, and massive character customization. doesn't have a brothel though. fran and the sinners island has a brothel in it (though not used much) and a large story section about training a girl into a slave.
