While I was playing a female character I stumble across a rare glitch. Which I haven't really tried to mimic yet. When I equipped some gear it didn't load but instead loaded a nude model of my character (female). I don't mean she was wearing her underwear but fully nude. Now only the top was fully "textured". The bottom was pretty much your typical nothing there.
The moral is if anyone wanted to make a nude mod the devs already did half the work for you. The hard part would be finding it and making it apply to your game imo.
I regret to say no screenshots because I hit the wrong key and forgot to check before ending the glitch.
