The developers have decided that since this game has been downloaded (bought) through DMM, DLsite and so on over 10,000 times, they want to make a free DLC (probably more of a continuation to the original storyline than just a DLC) as gratitude.
Hime's mother is a guaranteed character in the storyline, but you have to choose between the two lolis to be implemented in the game.
The reason they want to add another loli into the game is to balance out the number of characters of each type. There are currently 4 young women and 3 each of children and mature women. So I guess they're trying to make 4 of each then the game's development will end permanently.

The second girl, which is the first option in the poll is a tomboyish girl.
The first girl, which is the second option in the poll is a quiet-natured BUT lewd girl.

There is a poll below regarding sex postions and stuff, but I think the developers have already decided on what to do (probably the same types of scenes as any other characters), based on their comments.
