A while back, some hacker group called Phantom Squad threatened to hack PSN and Xbox Live on Christmas day, looks like that's happening right now.

Steam fucked up their programming. Information requested by you ended up in random people's Steam browser:
-E-mail address
-Account name
-Paypal address
-Partial Credit card numbers
-Steam wallet saldo
-You could buy stuff with their money

So their response was taking it all offline (with unnecessary delay I might add).

Full scandal articles will be available tomorrow, with Steam probably giving away L4D2 as an apology.
