I've beaten the game so here's the summary/essay:

When opening the game there's the introduction and the beginning. The introduction isn't mandatory and is just the backstory of a major character and sets up the events for the actual story that you get when you choose beginning.
The Intro starts off with a character called Claudia. Seemingly orphaned as a young girl she was left on the streets to die while waiting for the parents that abandoned her but she was saved by a duke. The duke would then go on to raise her as if she was his daughter and enroll her in his army as a high ranking knight. Game starts off with you playing as her with her squad of three other knights that are all well acquainted. After easily defeating a group of bandits, Claudia and her squad returns home to the Duke's fort. Claudia has a talk with the duke where he tells her that he desires for her to be happy among all other things to which Claudia takes to heart. After the talk, Claudia leaves the duke's room and sees his son, Edward (whether or not he is the duke's biological son or another orphan he picked up, I do not know) walk towards the duke's room. Later that day, while Claudia is talking with her fellow knights she receives news that the duke had died, the cause of death initially being a heart attack is later revealed to be a slow, careful poisoning that happened over many years. Claudia comes to the realization that only someone close to the duke could do that over such a long period of time and immediately realizes that Edward is the culprit. Edward quickly replaces the former duke and becomes the new duke. Claudia and her squad are giving info that is supposedly supposed to help them fight against Edward but are sent to a remote location where they are ambushed and defeated by a group of bandits that seemingly drug them. Claudia and her knight friends are captured by the bandits and Claudia and her fellow female knight were raped for days but refused to give up and waited for help. They both eventually lost all hope when they saw the deceased remains of the other two knights of the squad, one of the dead knights had confessed to Claudia a few minutes before their capture but now he was dead. After continuous rape, the bandits eventually threw away both female knights down a river, believing them to be dead. Claudia however wakes up barely alive and sad that she couldn't live by her foster father's words of living a happy life. She instead vows to kill Edward as that is now her only reason for living. To kill Edward, she decided to join his ranks, her excuse for being gone for several weeks being that she was injured (not totally a lie) and stating that she would always serve the duke no matter who he is. Edward accepts her into his army, angry that the bandits failed to properly dispose of her but he still decides to use her for her skills and that he doesn't know as a fact that Claudia knows that he killed the previous duke and set up Claudia's squad for death. Cut to a bit later and Claudia is ready to burn down a village under the order of Edward, biding her time and trying to gain his trust so that she may assassinate him.

The actual story starts off with Claude (not Claudia, they are two different people and I hate this naming) and his fiance Ruby at their village. The chief gives them the task of getting two ceremonial wedding rings for their marriage but to do that they must go to a church in the woods and face a beast (just a weak slime) to prove their love for each other. The couple goes to the church and defeats the slime together, obtaining the rings and profess their love for each other. [An interesting thing to note in this church is what seems to be semen and blood in both sides of the church since previous couples most likely consolidated their love in the church] Claude and Ruby heads back to the village to finish the ceremony however they find that it is burning and many of the villagers are dead. They see the village chief who warns them to escape since they are being attacked by the duke's army but he is then killed shortly after. the couple are then confronted by Claudia who is apparently leading the destruction and Claude attempts to protect Ruby before Claudia injures him and sends him down the river with Ruby frightened and screaming Claude's name.
Claude then wakes up in a forest, saved by a man named Gil who tells Claude that he rescued him. Another individual pops up, her name being Lyla and she reveals that she and Gil are travelling mercenaries. Claude is distressed and sad seeing that his village was destroyed in front of his eyes and his believes his fiance, Ruby to be dead. He's completely torn apart and doesn't know what to do with his life anymore but Gil and Lyla attempt to help him find meaning in life. They tell Claude that they'll escort him to the city and go from there. During the trip, the mercenaries defeat monsters for Claude and rest several times. Each time they rest they talk about each other, Gil is just a mercenary but he sees Lyla as a daughter (while Lyla is looking for her brother or something, I'm not sure about her motivations). During one of the rest stops Claude has a dream about Ruby and finds her absence in his life unbearable so he wakes up in the middle of the night and attempts to kill himself by drowning in the nearby pond. However before he dies, Lyla sees him and drags him out, telling him that there's more to live for. During this she speaks about herself (and I understood next to nothing) and admits that she doesn't know how to comfort people. She then goes into his bed and tells him she'll sleep with him. In the literal sense, not the sexual one. The good ol' bait n switch. The group of three eventually reach the city and they reach a large building. Apparently Gil and Lyla know the owner of the building that runs a business and they leave Claude there to get a job and find new meanings in life before they both leave, not before Lyla bumps into the owner's son, David who she is already acquainted with. She refuses the David's advances and leaves, this is apparently routine for them. David comes across as pretty spoiled at first, feeling like a rich kid that uses his father's cash. Lyla and Gil also revealed that they were going to fight against the Duke's army on the side of the rebels.
Claude is accepted there as a mailman despite his lack of qualification and he's really melancholy at first. His first job has him going deliver mail somewhere insignificant but on the way he meets a blue haired girl with glasses (don't remember her name so in this essay it will be Glasses) who reveals herself as a peddler. Its a short meeting and Claude moves on and does his job. Next day, Claude is ready to do his job and collects a package from a shop where he sees a girl named Fiona and her mother quickly leave the shop. He pays little attention to them and leaves to go do his job. On the way to the delivery location you can see Glasses on the map and you can talk to her if you like. Apparently she's shit as a peddler and her business ain't going well. She even asks you to buy out her stock which consists only of potions and is infinite so don't buy anything from her. Next day, when Claude goes to take another job, he runs into David at the mail office. David (the owner's son if you forgot) takes Claude to a brothel without his knowledge at first and incites him to get laid there. At this point you can now choose to do your job or go to the brothel. Eventually you'll have to go to the brothel to continue the story anyway so you can't miss anything. Your first visit to the brothel will have only one girl. This girl is actually Glasses. Seems like her peddling business was really shit so she's selling her body for more cash. She seems pretty casual about it though (she feels like a free spirited Onee-san type of character). During this time in the game, Claude is depressed as fuck and seriously misses his fiance. He is suicidal as one of the previous scenes show. So when he pays to see Glasses at the brothel its not to get laid. Once Glasses sees him she seems a bit surprised in a joking way that the delivery guy she was seeing was a pervert but Claude shoots her down and says he isn't there for sex and will leave pretty soon after a talk. This is mostly an emotional moment for the poor guy and Glasses listens to him talk about his deepest feelings on his depression. Glasses then tries to make him feel better and since its a brothel she offers him sex considering that's what Claude payed for. Although the man himself refuses a bit, Glasses talks him into it, Claude himself feels guilty and sad but he goes with it anyway. While Glasses is naked in front of him the dude even cries for a bit because of Ruby. Glasses cheers him up a bit and the moment she touches his dick his jizzes. The quickest quicky. Glasses isn't really disappointed and Claude gets it back up again and bangs her twice. Claude leaves the brothel with less stress and Glasses tells him to come back whenever he can. . You then progress the story by doing more jobs and getting the next girl. So eventually another job will have you going to a mansion and there you'll see the girl, Fiona and her mother that you met in the shop.
You deliver them a message and then leave. Your next job has you returning there with another letter for the girl and they invite you inside. As Claude is about to leave the mansion, a storm rolls in resulting in Claude staying the night. Fiona talks to Claude in a room for a bit. Apparently the letters to Fiona are from her father who is a general fighting in a war against the duke's (Edward's) army alongside the rebels (Lyla and Gil are fighting on the rebel's side as well). Next day, Claude goes to work and apparently there is a request for him specifically to deliver mail. Turns out its Fiona and the mail is once again from her father, however it has very little detail since the war is taking up most of his time. Fiona is still happy and Claude, seeing her joy from the work he is able to do feels like he is finding meaning in his life from delivering these mails. (Its kinda like the plot of anime Violet Evergarden. Watch it. Its amazing) Claude Then decides that he'll deliver Fiona's mail to her father free of charge and that he does. Claude goes to work the next day and tells the receptionist that he wants to deliver a mail and travels to the battlefield where Fiona's father is, giving him the mail and making his day. As Claude is ready to leave he still gets payment from the father who says that his family shouldn't be getting special treatment. The next day, Claude goes to Fiona's mansion but finds someone outside who tells him the family there moved out. Apparently the father lost the war and was hospitalized so Fiona and her mother must pay for his expenses. Plus it seems like he's in a coma as well. Claude reverts back to his depression, even damning god on several occasions as he realizes that delivering mail has its limitations. The next time you go to your job you'll only get non-story jobs that net you 2000G so all the story progression goes to the brothel. So the next time Claude goes to the brothel, he'll find a new girl added to the list and who is this mystery girl? Its Fiona of course. Claude is once again damning god for the cruelty of the world. He pays to see her and that he does. He asks Fiona why she is selling her body to which she responds that she needs to make money while her mother cares for her father. Fiona then asks Claude if he's going to have sex with her considering that's what he paid for but he refuses and explains his story to her. Fiona understands and Claude says he'll pay money to see her again so that they can talk. Claude then goes home and tries to find away to prevent Fiona from ruining herself at a brothel, even thinking of buying all of her time there but then he realizes that money is not infinite and he has a job. The next time he goes to meet her, they have small talk but as Claude decides to leave, Fiona tells him that she won't be cutting corners and not give Claude anything when he pays cash to see her everyday. Claude refuses, bringing back up Ruby again but then Fiona has a brilliant idea. Anal Is Not Cheating. Claude comments on how dumb she sounds in his head, but Fiona means it and she's been getting trained down there to handle insertions but she isn't quite ready yet. Somehow you then spend a few other brothel trips to her training her ass until one day at the end of the session, she promises her anal virginity to Claude. The next day Claude goes to the brothel Fiona is ready to bang but she is sad and reveals that she broke the promise. A previous customer went ahead and coerced her into giving her anal virginity and she couldn't say no since its her job. She then goes into detail on how it went, revealing the customer to be David, the owner's son. During Fiona's brothel scenes you may have received a letter from Gil who says that should the situation arrive where he isn't around, he wants Claude to take care of Lyla for him. Claude believes that this does not bode well and hopes that it won't come to that. The next time you go to the brothel you'll find another girl there and you'll instantly recognize her a Lyla. Once Claude pays for a session with her he'll talk to her and ask how she got there. She explains that since she was on the rebel's side that lost she was captured and placed there against her will and Claude clearly sees that she has given up, just like he did when he tried to drown himself. He doesn't bang her and he goes home after asking her to endure. (What happened to Gil I do not know, most likely dead). Next day, Claude goes to David and asks him to rescue Lyla from the brothel but David refuses, revealing that he was her first customer at the brothel and apparently there's some bad blood between them (I'm a bit lost around here). David then flashbacks to his first brothel visit wish her and it shows her refusing mostly at first but giving in by the end. Claude then goes back to David the next day who reveals that even if he wanted to free Lyla, he couldn't since the brothel is controlled by the duke. Seems that he's got something against the duke though (what it is, i dunno) and he recruits Claude in his attempt to remove the duke from power. Suddenly the story is picking up pace.
David brings Claude to his surveillance post in which there's apparently a shit ton of security cameras that all relay their info on one monitor. [How the fuck David has his hands on surveillance technology and what seems to be wifi in an age where people mainly use swords and have to deliver mail to get the message around. I dunno. Its out of place but no one really draws attention to it.] David gives Claude the rundown of the cameras and reveals that he has some hooked up in the Duke's bedroom that a security company installed (or some shit like that) and that Claude has to catch the duke in the act of cheating. Claude asks why the duke cheating matters and it turns out that most of the duke's support comes from his wife who has ties with upper nobility. Should the wife get wind of the duke cheating he would be fucked. Claude agrees but he notices another camera and this one's focusing on the brothel rooms. David gives Claude a half assed explanation for why those cameras are there but he says that Claude's free to watch them. The day ends and the next day starts. Claude now had a new option when heading out which is to go to the surveillance room. This is where the story will now progress. Once in the room, you can choose to focus on the duke's room or the brothel rooms. Do the latter first since they have no bearing on the story. You'll see the three girls in the brothel bang other dudes and eventually Claude will make comments that he's developed a fetish for it. Now moving on to the important stuff, Claude focuses on the duke's room and he notices a maid go in and out of his room cleaning for a bit. Claude realizes that this girl is Ruby, the fiance he though was dead! Claude goes to the fort to confirm it and he faints of joy when he finds that she is indeed alive. He then wakes up with David in his room. Claude's acting like a madman to David because this is the first time he's actually been happy. The fiance he thought had died is actually alive. The next time he goes to the room and peeps on the duke's bedroom, he sees her cleaning the room again. While watching the video he falls asleep. He wakes up with the cameras still playing and reverses the video a bit only to find his wife in bed with the duke. Claude is now left in utter confusion.
The game then cuts to Ruby a couple weeks ago and you now play as her. She wakes up in a room and doesn't know where she is. After moving around a bit, you'll find Claudia (the knight lady from the intro who burned the village down) in her room, Talk to her and she reveals that she indeed burned the village down and that Ruby is the only survivor. The implications of that leads Ruby to believe that Claude is dead and now the only thing she desires is revenge. Ruby tries to kill Claudia but easily fails in doing so. Claude reveals that she has use for Ruby and that Ruby may try to assassinate her as much as she likes. Playing as Ruby, you can try to kill her but you'll fail so after snooping around Ruby find's a soldier that offers to train her with payment. Ruby doesn't have money so her body is the only thing she can use. Believing Claude is dead and that she must have revenge she takes the soldier's deal. After three training sessions and h scenes, Claudia will show up, beat the soldier and tell Ruby that at the rate she's going, she'll never win. Ruby fights her anyway and actually beats her with one hit. After having her resolve to kill Claudia shake a bit she decides to carry through with it but Claudia seemingly gets up unharmed and tells her that it was a test to see if she could kill when the time came to it, and Ruby passed. Turns out that Claudia wants Ruby to use her body to assassinate the duke since the duke suspects Claudia too much. Ruby doesn't want to go through with it since her grudge is with Claudia but Claudia says that should Ruby kill the duke, Claudia will allow herself to be killed. Ruby accepts and is introduced to the duke as a maid. While being a maid, Ruby is subjected to the advances of the duke who eventually brings her to his room for a drink. She refuses initially then he pours wine on his huge dick and tells her to drink, and so she does. After this, Ruby gets trained by the duke in progressively lewder scenarios, from fondling in the bath to sex in an open park. Ruby even gets anal training alongside Fiona who make an appearance in some of her scenes. Ruby gradually gets lewder throughout all the scenes however she still remains committed to assassinating the duke, She's waiting for the moment where duke allows her to sleep beside him. The duke however is one step ahead and questions Ruby if she was sent to assassinate him by Claudia. Ruby of course refuses but she gets drugged by an aphrodisiac and the scene ends there.
The game then cuts back to Claude's perspective at the monitor and he sees the moment where the duke gives her the drug. At this point it plays like Glasses' brothel scenes. You can choose different ways in which the duke bangs Ruby in front of Claude's eyes on the monitor and some of the stuff he does to her are pretty good. Ruby herself is slutty at this point so she even offers him a rimjob. The duke on the other hand, when he's banging her pussy will hear her scream Claude's name at what point. Claude himself will be happy that she still misses him but the duke will ask about him. Ruby will reveal that he's her fiance who he believes is dead and the duke tells her to compare their sex. Ruby praises the duke a lot and even calls Claude's sex boring. The best part is that at this point she's possibly telling the truth considering that the duke's dick is huge and that he's been training her. After they have sex, the duke will ask her if she's being sent by Claudia to kill him. At this point you can say no and the entire thing will repeat (sorta like a minigame) as many times as you like until Ruby herself confesses that she was indeed sent by Claudia to assassinate him. Claude at this point is happy since he now knows that Ruby still loves him and didn't betray him. He goes to David to tell him that the duke has been caught cheating and they go to the fort with the duke's wife after telling her of his misdeeds. In the fort, you'll find Claudia being gangbanged by soldiers since she got ratted out and you'll see the duke's wife catching the duke in action with Ruby, immediately divorcing him and stripping him of his power. Everybody leaves the duke's room except for the duke, Ruby and Claude. Claude shows Ruby he's still alive and that he'll take her back despite her 'dirtiness' after she slept with the duke. Claude then beats the duke up. Claude leaves with Ruby and everything's happy again.
Half a year later, now that the duke's gone, all the girls in the brothel have been freed. Fiona went to go study medicine so that she can heal her father and Lyla actually ends up marrying David, despite their seeming antagonism. Claude and Ruby are now happily together again in a house and they pretty much bang daily. One day, Claude goes to his workplace with his wife to see David and Lyla about a trip to another city. The couple finds the other couple banging in their room and Claude reveals that he developed a peeking fetish after watching Ruby get banged by the duke. Ruby herself encourages it a bit considering that she's pretty lewd at this point as well. They both peek on David and Lyla's hot sex. After that the 2 couples talk and head off to the trip, all the way to a new city. The couples are in the city for some business with a world famous doctor. Next you can find Glasses in a shop that she's opened up and runs, seemingly better at business now. Claude then goes to the doctor with David and David stays with the doctor to develop something. After that, Claude goes home and bangs Ruby. Next day, talk to Glasses again and she sends Claude to get a birth control drug from the lab where the world famous doctor works. An employee gives you and you return to Glasses with it. She thanks Claude and as Claude is about to leave, he sees two people leave a room to the left, one of them just a regular dude and the other person is Claudia. Glasses reveals that she took Claudia in after finding her wasting away on the side of a street (like she did as a child before the duke rescued her) and she rescued her and employed her as a prostitute. Glasses here is running brothel 2.0 despite working at the previous one. She allows Claude to go meet with Claudia and he does. For Claude, the last time he saw her was either getting raped by the guards or when she destroyed the village. Claude remembers her more for the latter and Claudia herself has seemingly given up on life and says that Claude is free to kill her should he wish. [At this point you get a choice where Claude can actually kill her and its pretty traumatic, Claude feels cold blooded, Glasses is actually scared and the implications are pretty dark] The other option that continues the story is where he bangs her but doesn't go all the way and somewhat forgives her a bit. Next day, Claude won't go back to Glasses but he can talk to Fiona who reveals that she's tired after doing homework but can't sleep. Get sleeping pills from a different scientist over by the lab and give them to the man (landlord) outside of Fiona's room. The next day, the landlord will be downstairs and if you talk to him several times he'll give you a password for the leftmost computer upstairs where you can see a video of the landlord banging Fiona while she's sleeping. Its a sexy scene and its even better when it shows that Fiona has been addicted to anal since her time at the brothel and for half a year has been sleeping with a vibrator up her ass. Anyways, after all of that, the only thing left to do is keep talking to David and world's best doctor everyday until the doctor gives Claude a pregnancy enhancing medicine.
Claude can do two things with the medicine, give it to Lyla and David or give it to Ruby. The happy ending is when you give it to Ruby and you have a happy family life. Truly the normie ending, but I came to this game for ntr so give it to Lyla to progress the story. After Lyla gets it Claude goes to his room and sleeps. The next day, David meets Claude in his room and tells him all the women are missing. David goes ahead to find out. Claude goes to the lab and finds that there's a secret passage and someone says that the world's best doctor's gone mad. Claude goes down the passage and finds that David's been beaten and all five main girls have been kidnapped. The doctor apparently wants to knock up some girls or something which explains the pregnancy medicine and for some reason he's mutated. Anyways, Claude attempts to fight but is one shot by the doctor. Doctor proceeds to rape the girls one by one. Fiona gets banged first and then Lyla. Glasses seems to try reasoning her way out with cash but gets punched and skullfucked. Claudia doesn't even care and is lifeless during the process. As Ruby is about to get banged, soldiers come in to save the day but the doctor runs off with Ruby. Game gets another time skip, this time twice as long (a year). Fiona didn't get knocked up but Lyla had a baby, it was David's though since you gave him the pregnancy enhancer to use on Lyla. Glasses is fine but Ruby still hasn't been found. Claude reveals that he's been tracking the doctor down to rescue her for an entire year with the aid of Claudia (seemingly to atone for her sins) who's trained him over the course of the year, which is bullshit because his stats are the same and he's useless. The tracked the doctor and Ruby to a forest hut where it is revealed that the doc has been banging Ruby for a good amount of time and she's pretty into it too. They seem to really like babymaking sex. Claude swears to rescue her but before going in, he looks into the other window only to find that Ruby has already had a child, and it isn't his, its the doctor's. Dude's heartbroken and ready to give up, believing that Ruby's forgotten about him and settled down. Claudia actually stops him and using the example of her foster father being the previous duke, she convinces him that the child doesn't need to be blood related for Claude to love him and that he still has a shot at rescuing Ruby. Claude is convinced and he goes in to kill the doctor alongside Claudia (just get Claude to level 20 by farming the mob in the previous map and stack up on potions to beat the doc). Ruby comes in and sees the doctor dead with Claude wanting her to come back to him but she refuses at first because she's given birth to a kid that isn't his. Claude still accepts her and they get back together. Claudia on the other hand actually tries to kill the kid, believing it to be a cause for unhappiness for the reunited couple. Claude calls her out on it since she just said the opposite a few minutes ago but she reveals it was just to give him motivation to beat the doctor and get back together with his wife. Claude and Ruby talk her out of it however and everything is fine. Everyone has a heart to heart talk and Claudia wants to re-start her life and live to make others happy. Claude and Ruby go back to their house and raise the doctor's child.
After this there's a credits-like scene that shows what happened over the years. Fiona became a doctor, saved her father, married someone and gave birth to a boy. Glasses married a wealthy noble and gave birth to twins. David took over the company of his father with Claude being second in command.
There's also an interesting part where 18 years after Claude and Ruby got back together, their son (you can name him later) started banging Ruby without Claude knowing. And 20 years later, Claude woke up to is netorare fetish. After the credits end, you get a FIN and a note saying you have unlocked the recollection gallery and an extra scene. This extra scene is directly to the right upon entering the room and is easy to miss at first. The scene starts 20 years later (aka when Claude gets the NTR fetish). It starts with Claude leaving work with the employees saying that his love life with Ruby is perfect. Claude hears them and thinks differently, apparently a year ago he was diagnosed with ED (erectile dysfunction). He goes home and talks to Ruby who is now a MILF. They talk about the ED for a bit as Ruby already knew and then she mentions that their son (who you can name) has been having sex with her. Claude is a bit angry at first but calms himself down with the help of Ruby and she tells him to go to the kid's room at night for a show. Claude takes a peek at night and sees his son banging Ruby and while he's jealous, he finds that he's also aroused. The kid knows that Claude isn't his real father (they told him this 3 years ago) and hates him for killing his real father (the doctor) but Ruby tells him that she hated the doctor. Kid is shocked but Ruby does say she is thankful to the doctor for giving her the son. Son is moved both emotionally and sexually as he goes to bang her again. Next morning, Claude talks to Ruby about it and says he was aroused and his ED has been cured and that he's also ready to bang her every night again. Ruby however says that might not be possible since their son will most likely also want to bang her and she admits that she won't refuse him so chances are she'll have to bang them both. So yeah, I love this game as much as Suzuya's previous ntr game. The extra scene with Claude waking up to his ntr fetish was my favorite because it really gets me thinking about Ruby and how much of what she says is true or not. When she's getting banged by the duke, she admits that he's way better and that Claude is boring (the latter may or may not be true) but she confirms it when she admits to Claude that she enjoyed it the most. There's also the fact that the son had been banging Ruby for 1 to 2 years without Claude knowing with half of that being while Claude had ED meaning that for in that year or 2, the son was the sole person banging Ruby, as far as we know. So when Ruby says that Claude is better than the son, whether or not she means it is pretty questionable.
