Tentacle Lair Escape: Apocalypse will be the 3rd and Final Installment of the Tentacle Lair Escape CYOA series, featuring recurring characters from the previous 2 CYOAs in a new setting.
The Setting: TLE:A will take place several hundreds of years in the future from the events of TLE: Overlord, the world has fallen under the control of the tentacles species, having crawled out of their lairs and sacked major cities, enslaving their populations and setting up new lairs directly inside of the cities.
Humanity is almost 90% enslaved and only pockets of resistance remain free, hiding underground or in small parts of the world untouched by the tentacles, these humans live their daily lives in fear that they will be attacked and be made slaves of the tentacle species which controls the world.
The Cast: You play as a young and attractive woman who has so far evaded capture from the tentacles, make your way through the ruined world and try to avoid capture as you gather allies and prepare for your final stand against the tentacles....or will you become captured and forced to endure their torment as they use your body as fuel for their own selfish endeavors?
Several recurring characters will appear in this installment depending on who survives the events TLE:O, these characters will either work with you or against you in your fight for freedom against the tentacles oppression, several of them have their own agenda's however and nobody can be fully trusted.
Survival: In a world ravaged by tentacles, everything becomes more important, even minor pieces of clothing can prevent you from being detected or raped, food and water may become an issue as will shelter from the roaming hordes of tentacles across the lands.
The Living world: As you vie for survival, warring factions of tentacles fight each other, alliances are made and broken among them and humanity suffers through it all, towns become occupied, friends become enslaved, powers beyond your control will shape the world you live in now, and ultimately the world you will live in when all the dust has settled and the true victor is determined.
The Story: The Story will tie up the remaining plotlines throughout the series, the decisions you make will ultimately determine who controls the planet, who survives and whether or not humanity will be able to free itself from the enslavement of tentacles or become enslaved for the rest of humanities existence.
When: Tentacle Lair Escape: Apocalypse will start as soon as Tentacle Lair Escape: Overlord ends.
