not everything on the list run on RPGM, some of them run on WolfRPG while few is a platformer game.

perhaps, i mean if you familiar with RPG Maker (ever used it) you would see how it actually very easy to use.

RPGM is honestly fine. But because it's so so easy to use for non-programmers (aka low barrier of entry) compared to almost any other game engine, we get a ton of low effort games on the engine.
Unity has a similar reputation amongst non-H-games for similar reasons. Game engines with low barrier of entry along with a ton of pre-made assets mean that many games made by low effort developers will inevitably look and play the exact same way. It requires some programming or custom scripts to significantly change the look and feel of an RPGM game but with that knowledge, many devs would just use something other than RPGM who's main draw is ease of use for non-programmers.

This list was basically focused on games that look or play like an RPGM game.

Guilty Hell by Kairisoft, Night of Revenge, all Vosmug games and all Grimhelm games would be at the top of my sidescrollers list.

ngl... kinda wish you'd put a text list in your post of the RJ IDs under your Tier list so that at least then we can just highlight and drag said games to another tab to search them.
I see one I really like down lower which is a shame but other than that I see a lot of interesting CGs that I wouldn't mind taking a look at. unfortunately (and again because it's RJ and not titles.) I don't recognise any of these aside from 1.
