New Act game comed out (yesterday?) remeber in some stuff to the BARRAGE and ETHEREAL LEGION menus, but not comparable (in my opinion)

Under Hill? Just as a caution to anyone considering this, their last game was...not good. Not to say that this is bad, but keep your expectations in check.

Yeah, this one is... not the best.

I only tried the trial, but some of the notable:

Dull level design
You can still shoot projectiles while being raped
A really annoying 'Eh-he!' voice
Meh animations

Try the trial, sure, but I'm going to pass on this one.

And thanks OP, now I really want to play Barrage! again...

It's not Barrage 2 but it IS a new game by the same guy.

Looks like quite a few inspirations going into this one.

I made that post out of the notion that you might not have known there was a new game by the author, not that I thought that you thought it was going to be Barrage 2. That would be a silly thing to assume.

While it wouldn't be considered great, I also think it's not absolute dookie compared to some of the recent ACT games. At least in this the controls don't feel awkward.

Uh is it just me or does the game not actually save things? Like I just started a game and tried to save the game. It shows a file was saved but as soon as I exit, the save doesn't even show up and its clear the game didn't save at all.

Wow I wasn't expecting shovel ware this bad. =(

Edit: You have to delete all files in the user data folder if you have problems in this regard.

Edit: You have to delete all files in the user data folder if you have problems in this regard.

It is a good practice in general to uncheck the 'Read-only' attribute of all the game files after downloading...

EDIT: I take that back. You actually have to do what dood said in this particular case. Those 0-byte files in user_data actually should be folders... So yeah, delete them and the game will create what it needs. Sorry.

Game's done. Not sure if I got the true ending. Quite frankly the game is too easy (just hold down and press attack, if enemy is on top of you then press A to dash, and continue attacking while holding down. This makes you invincible to damage and yet curiously still able to do damage).

Most of the animations suck and the gameplay also sucks. But at least the protag was kinda cute and some of the monsters were cool. Also has clown kidney punching ryona in it. Yeah...
