Video Game Riddles

I don't know if people wanted to just have normal riddles, but it seems easier if we just keep it to a single topic.

Just make a riddle, whatever length you desire, to describe a video game, a character, an event, or anything. For example:

A drink in the dutch morning,
I doubt you expected more than just your brain to wake up when you saw me
And neither did angry soccer moms

You can probably guess that's the Hot Coffee mod for a number of reason.

Anyway here's a riddle for you,

Left 4 Dead's got nothing on me,
Sure they closed my online server in the US,
but I made history as the first online game for a popular series.

Oh, and put a riddle after you answer.

I wanna say Outbreak, but the first line makes it seem like it's better than L4D, and though I haven't played that, I'd probably disagree
Though I was saddened when Outbreak was taken offline

Yer right. And the first line was supposed to be how Left 4 Dead is like Outbreak, so it wasn't exactly an original idea came up by Valve. Therefore, Left 4 Dead's got nothing on the O.G. (Original Game).

Oh my bad, my mind immediately went to the thinking that royalty is sometimes considered "god's representative on earth" so I didn't even think of that.

Well, yeah, I was going specifically for the character Lance Bean.

His design was to look like Silvester Stallone (Sly)
"in opposition to" is the very definition of contra, alien menace is obvious
once great alluded to the fact he later became the leader of the blood falcon
