(Thread)Game is story-driven, but the gameplay basically boils down into a hack'n'slash dungeon crawler. It has some scenes, but most of the porn is built into the combat or on defeat. There's quite a bit of character customization, from outfits to skin and hair color though the outfits other than the basic don't show during scenes.
Progressing through the game is a bit of a pain at certain points, for instance if you don't meet the red haired NPC in the first forest, you'll be locked out of going anywhere past the first town so you have to make a second or possibly third trip there if you agree to being escorted. Another instance of this is the succubus questline where you'll get hit with a curse that makes playing absurdly tedious and have to find a cursebreaker to remove it (port city, furthest 'magic' shop on the left), after doing so you'll need to collect 100 cum and give it to the alchemist next door. BUT even that's not enough, after grinding out 100 cum (if you dance in the desert city and only strip once you can get it fairly quickly without being raped) you need a high quality ether stone, and aren't given a goddamned clue as where to find it (go to the first town you wake up in, everyone is gone and you can find a new dungeon by exiting the town from the north, enjoy getting through there with shit AP regen). Pretty much all of the quests proceed like this, no clues where to go at all, even in English, so playing blind is not recommended.
Late-game enemies are rather tough, mostly because even while paying out the ass for upgrades to your weapon and spell you don't get enough power increase from those alone. Leveling abilities has plateaus, which typically require you to beat enemies that are stronger than the ones that are giving you difficulty. There are supplementary gear items that can really boost your stats, but you can't just buy them from shops (because fuck you), they can only be found in dungeons and the drop rates for anything that isn't garbage are abysmal.
Game keeps track of sex stats, and as they go up being molested in combat becomes every more debilitating. There are also supplementary concerns the game keeps track of; You can eat food for stat bonuses for a set amount of time, resting is required as you've a vitality meter which, if you zero it out, will cause the MC to pass out and probably get raped, even just having it under 50 points will get you the exhausted status and really weaken the MC (I think it reduces stats by 50%). There's also a peeing mechanic, you've gotta find a toilet to pee in every so often or the MC just can't hold it anymore. You can wash grime and fluids off in the shower.
Word of warning: You can't get any of the other characters raped in combat by losing. Often enough if you've got a partner they'll just heal you (which makes standing around with them and taking a beating a great way to level up your defense stat), though a couple of them will run away when you HP goes into the red.
