Easier to distribute for them. Harder to download for us. It sucks when the actual update is less than 100MB and you have to download 6GB.

Login to your Gdrive account.
Create a new folder and name it whatever you want
Open the download link. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Click on Add to starred.
Navigate to your Gdrive. Go to Starred section on the left menu.
Right click on the starred file you wanted to download -> Organize -> Add shortcut -> Select the new folder you created and click Add.
Navigate to the new folder in My Drive and dowload the file from there normally.

There's nothing I can do about google stupid limitations and there's not enough room in my MF repository to move the files there.

if you have R8 you don't need anything from here. Just follow the instructions for the modpack from the R8 guide instead. Get R8 up to date with dlc and build version. You'll also need my modpack compatibility patch

I seem to be having problems extracting and applying the GP-03 patch, so I was wondering if anyone else was having a similar issue. Keep downloading all 4 parts of the update, but getting about 300 errors all in [COM3D2&2.5] GP-03\com3d2plg_gp003d\com3d2data\GameData\ . Most of them follow up by ja something. When I try to run update.exe, I get the error shown in the screenshot. Nothing is in read only and I have tried redownloading the files twice now on separate days with the same results. Might anyone know what is going on / how to fix these errors?

Things to consider

- you must extract only using 7zip. Anything else will corrupt the contents when extracted
- your drive must be healthy. I've seen people complain that they get corrupted files all the time even after redownloading everything multiple times. Make sure you at least download on a healthy drive. Right click on 001 -> 7zip -> Test archive
You should check the zips md5 hashes and compare them do these using this tool

You must be registered to see the links

. If you get different values then your downloaded files are corrupted

Thank you for the help, used that hash checker and found the hashes were wrong when on one drive, but then when copied to my computer's other drive they became correct. After that I was able to extract and run updater.exe just fine.

Now there is the vanilla link wih a torrent, and the update, but the update seems to be outdated, and in the first comment there is a 4.9 link, and there is a guide before.

My problem is both the guide and the modpack links leads to some crypted web or something with an error message so I must be missing something. Also do I have to install normal game before?

First you need the base game. There are two versions. Eng and Jap. This thread is about the Jap version. The link in op is for a repack from exactly 1 year ago. So it is missing 1 year worth of content that you'll have to download and install yourself and update the game.
Uncensor is done by installing COM Modular Installer. That's the easy part. Google it. Read the CMI documentation.
Anything else is optional.
R4.9 is a modpack. It's good to have but not required unless you want to have a prebuilt modding base and then build on top of it. It contains a bunch of presets and will help with other downloaded presets that require all sorts of mods that are hard to gather. It may contain mods that you'll likely want but also a lot of mods that you don't want. There are lots of dependencies within the modpack and deleting one mod can break another.
Before you start asking questions do your own research by reading the guides. Use a vpn if your isp blocks certain sites. Use cloudflare warp if you don't want to spend
Xray is not very practical to use and will require some practice to get it right. I have explained in the master guide how to use it. Remember that COM doesn't have cum and fluid mechanics and there's no one click solution for what you want.
The game will be in japanese and by default will be google translated on the go if you don't use my translation pack.
If you're serious about installing this thing then I suggest you don't make plans for the weekend. It takes time and patience.

not in the near future, no. And it will be R4.10. It may sound dumb to you but I prefer this naming scheme since all the R4.x releases are based on R4 with minor incremental updates. R5 must be a significant update. One that changes everything. For example using a new texture compression on all mods to reduce size.
As usual, not much has changed since january regarding mods. A few updates that you can live without. I have a few presets in mind that I want to try making.

I don't really do anything. I'm just collecting and updating information into one place. Otherwise it's nearly impossible to keep track of all the changes if you don't follow weekly mod development. You should be thanking the devs who constantly fix this mess of a game.

Is that normal?

No, it's not normal to have duplicate menus. You installed the dupes yourself. There's only one instance of them in the modpack in Mod\_HEAD\Hair set @tinyPraycm\RYL_prince_short\_aho\
For LMMT I don't know. Any version that works, I guess. I remember that Sybaris was more recommended instead of BepInEx for CM. They say it was more a bit more stable. I never played CM so I can't confirm. I only booted it once to see if it works.
For CMI the latest is always the best, regardless if it's a pre-release.

They could only have come from the DLC links you provided, I didn't add anything at all other than that. I guess I'll start over by installing the pre-releases instead maybe that solves it?

Edit: The other instance I have is in "Mod\DLC Librarian Kasume\hair\RYL_twin_curve\GameData\RYL_twin_curve\menu". The guide only says to delete the lipsticks folder not the whole "DLC Librarian Kasume" folder or did I not understand correctly?
