Tutorial on Text Hooking and Translating an H-Game

What would be the best way to set it up so that I am getting translations from a local dictionary only, and not reaching out over the web? Some of the games we play, I'd rather google not be associating with my IP. With certain streams of text, I'm sure they could figure out the games we're playing. Big nope on that, lol.
