My observation, as I'll put it. Is that I've noticed that it's less prevalent given the length of doujinshis. If a vanilla doujinshi is about 10-30 pages long, the usual combo of fetishes you'll see is something like paizuri, blowjob, or a hand job into sex, or a mixture of the aforementioned, then the book ends.

Those works with more extreme content, from my observations; are typically original works more often than fanworks. Metamorphosis as a prime example, isn't based on any existing property. If there is any corruption or netorare in an existing property it's presented with the dark-skinned NTR squad.

I can't judge anyone else's kinks, but one thing you gotta remember about Japanese culture is that virginity is a big deal. The girl isn't being un-virginized if they do her arse instead of break the hymen, so it's not as exciting in that culture.
