So the unlock everything button only shows on the Japanese version - the English patch removes it. Right? Right.

So, if I remember correctly, the way I handled this was by proceeding through the game on the English version until I completed it once and saved. Then, I patched over/removed the English .xp3 files (I don't remember which files, just watch what changes are made, I think it's only a handful of patchXXX.xp3 files) so that I had the Japanese version with the unlock button. I started that save file, went to the gallery, hit the unlock button, then saved again and exited. Then I repatched to the English patch.

It's been a while since I've played this game so I might be a little rusty on this. Let me know if this helps you figure it out. If not I can maybe try and replicate what I did later.

Here's a save I found on AS. I think it unlocks everything but a few wiretaps, but I'm not sure. Goes into the save folder in documents.

Nope. I don't do story translation and I don't think anyone else did it.

Always hoped someone would pick this one up for a story translation...From what I remember there really wasn't all that much text.

Then again, I was skipping through all of it.

The OVA is out, only 96mb file size though so either that's some low quality version or it's just that short...
