C-cup is the 'average' in the U.S.
Why, you may ask? Because of bovine hormones. Cattle are bred with hormones to make them bigger so that when they go to the slaughterhouse, they can harvest more meat from them. And when the women folk eat said beef, the hormones still in the meat manifest themselves in the form of breast fat.

While breast size is never a concern for me, I still say that I like D-Cups - if it fills my hand, I'm happy!

Aww, the pole is closed!
I like me some A and B cup sizes, personally. So much more practical, less prone to sagging as one ages... and being able to cover an entire breast with one girlishly small hand (or the flat of the tongue) can be quite hot. X3
Not to say bigger breasts aren't awesome, but there's so little love for a small bosom!
