- U need to switch your PC region and language to japanese and reboot to fix it...

- Or maybe you're lucky and can fix it by running the game through japanese locales or with NTLeas or something like this...

I had that problem. It was caused by my computer's date format. If you switch it to english, it should be fixed.

There is a semi-cracked version on f95. The menus and examination text are still not translated, but all the cut scene and cg texts are in English.
