[Dot_Slave3] Parasite in City

Re: Parasite in City [New Comic!]

Yeah agreed on blunt. Bladed weapons need to be maintained and can easily get stuck in a target. A lot of swords and such are known to break pretty frequently in battle as well, a lot of people don't realize that. Katanas are especially fickle. People think katanas are like the ultimate swords because they're created in such a special way but it was really just because the people in that period creating them didn't have much steel. They aren't really better than any other sword of the period (Watched many videos comparing various swords against katanas lol). Not only are they a bitch to maintain apparently, but without proper use they can break very easily. They are fast because of how light they are though for what that's worth.

Agreed with the above poster, would much rather have a claymore (If I could even wield one properly :p) than a katana when it comes to bladed weapons.

I'd probably go with a (Titanium if possible) crowbar. Multi purpose, some weight and reach but not too unwieldy. Fireaxe is nice for the versatility but I think they're pretty heavy and have terrible balance. Nothing wrong with a good ol baseball bat either. I might even take a hockey stick over most blades. I have no training with blades and would rather not have to worry about cutting myself and getting infected lol. That or worrying about blood splatter.

Pretty cool channel to check for ideas on weapons is ZombieGoBoom on youtube if you've never seen them. Their tests aren't always the best quality wise but the quantity makes up for it. Not many channels test weapons they way they do.

Re: Parasite in City [New Comic!]

you could do a l4d2 kind of system where you have a primary (long) gun and either a pistol/s or melee. ammo for primaries should be hard to find but secondary ammo would be a bit more common to keep it balanced vs melee

or you could do it so melee is its own button press rather than an inventory item, like cod does it. in this case maybe only one firearm allowed

i agree with what someone said above, basically 4 classes of firearm.
pistol - low damage, medium rate of fire, decent enough accuracy, 15 shots fast-medium reload
smg - low damage, high rof, slightly lower accuraccy to pistol, 30 shots, medium-slow reload
shotgun - lowish damage but around 10 projectiles per shot which are spread, low rate of fire, 8 shots, short reload for each shell
rifle (thinking bolt action to distinguish it from smg) - high damage (one shot for a basic enemy, maybe it could penetrate no pun intended), low rate of fire, good accuracy, 5 shots, slow reload

also why do so many people here have edged weapons

for melee,
pocket knife - short range, fast speed, low-medium damage
baseball bat - medium-long range, medium speed, medium damage
baseball bat with nails - same but slightly more damage
hatchet - short-medium range, slow-medium speed, high damage
katana which breaks after 3 swings. j/k dont add it at all

this is if you are even going to add multiple wepaons.

Re: Parasite in City [New Comic!]

Please focus your efforts on the... fun content over all the weapons.

The pistol works quite well with it's limited magazines that sometimes has you reloading in awkward situations. Made the gameplay fun as well, but if you start adding stronger guns and weapons it'll either make things too easy or make the pistol obsolete and make the game about as hard as it was beforehand.

What you need more off: Multi-monster interactions, add some variations to the old ones. Like green-shirt zombie + bug = zombie fucking as usual but bug all up in that face.

Re: Parasite in City [New Comic!]

zombie apocalypse melee weapon?
well assuming there would be hordes of them, I would go for something that I would be able to use long term effectively with minimal energy dispensed, so something small-ish/light and nimble to handle.

I can think of nothing better than any curved medium length bladed weapon, like a short scimitar, or ideally the Japanese wakizashi or katana, carbon mixed alloy ofc.

dont know why people are worried about bone. best way to stop a zombie is to cut around the joints on the knee with a swift ground level slash, assuming you cant go straight for the neck (lil bone there)

sure large blunt force weapons would have better stopping power, but they would also bring you to your knees in a blink of an eye.

Re: Parasite in City [New Comic!]

Can't go wrong with a machete, in my book.

Re: Parasite in City [New Comic!]

Why not use a wrench?

It could be a blunt weapon, a tool, a door opener, etc... because its made by tool steel, its light and its even harder then almost everything in the doomed world you could encounter so you don't break or bend it by five second and stuck or it won't take out your knee caps by mistake when you're tired.

And its very cheap to buy and no one will ever thought it was a weapon, even before outbreak.

Gotta love the spanner.

Re: Parasite in City [New Comic!]

Why not use a wrench?

Yeah wrench can be a nice improvised weapon. I usually think of improvised weapons first because unless you're a weapon collector, good luck finding most bladed weapons in an emergency. I wish more zombie games used improvised weapons instead of weapons designed to kill for that reason. I don't think I could even find a machete around where I live (Suburbs), let alone actual swords. But hey, I always have wrenches, hammers, an axe (About the size of a fire axe), hatchet, and a crowbar within arms reach :p (Large tool cabinet right near my computer haha). No idea where my baseball bat went though.

Everybody thinks in a crisis like a zombie apocalypse (or something more realistic) that you'd be running around taking on dozens of zombies/enemies like Rambo all the time. Really you'd be running 95% of the time you aren't just sitting and doing nothing. If you have to fight more than a couple zombies grouped up, you're probably already screwed. That's why I wouldn't mind having a hockey stick or a pole of some sort. Trip/knock over zombie, move about your business. Only time you'd really have to kill zombies is when clearing a building. Well I mean if you want to live long and avoid unnecessary risks. Other humans are more of an issue unless we're talking fast zombies. Then nothing but high powered firearms are saving your ass.

more Molesting

Re: Parasite in City [New Comic!]

Discussing weapons is nice and all, but I think the creators are asking us what enemies we'd like?

As much as I'd hate being Mr.Common sense here.... This is a game... a game with zombies that are sexually attacking you instead of mutilating you to pieces and eating you alive.

Trying to be realistic is fine. But as much as I'm concerned, technology games are fun because they go beyond reality and I can somehow experience a world not bound by the rules of the world.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Anywho, more suggestions:
Parasites... mainly small, kinda slow, and they can go to defeated zombies or you.

If zombie: it invades the zombie's head and zombie gets resurrected. If you defeat the zombie then the parasite dies with it. But if it gets you down, it tries to swap hosts into you.

If you: it just tries to get in your head like it will in the above, if want to save effort. But can make additional other scenes if you feel like it.

Re: Parasite in City [New Comic!]

Personally hoping for more grotesque creatures. Thus I chose insects.

I always wanted the giant monsters in resident evil games, like the mutated plant, Nemesis, Lickers, and others to molest or rape the protagonist. The more horrible the living construction, the better.

Re: Parasite in City [New Comic!]

One thing no one is talking about here is parasite infections. The one thing I expected to see more of in "Parasite in City".

Personally I've always thought it was cool to get debuffs based on what fucks the heroine and finishes in her. Gives you more of a reason to struggle or avoid sex thus enhancing gameplay. Or make for hotter scenes when you stack debuffs.

Some examples:

-Parasite that latches onto the heroine's tits and if it finishes its sucking and injects its load, her tits temporarily grow (nothing monstrous but bigger) and they make her unable to jump for a little while.

-Egg laying parasite in the last game was awesome. Fill her up with eggs so she has a little belly and cannot run until she lays them or they hatch.

-Zombie fucking/jizz makes her looser and wetter allowing other zombies to mount and insert faster. Even better if she sounds wetter or has more cum pour from her the more they finish in her. Think RoA.

-Female zombies seduce the heroine with their infection and either make her willing or hold her in place for other enemies (like my previous succubus idea).

-Throat fucking creature that pumps her full of aphrodisiac with a similar (willing expression or position at least) effects as the female zombie.

This would make for an challenging yet hot gameplay mechanic and force players to balance ammo use with possibly taking a debuff. Especially with boss battles.

Bosses could turn her into a nursery if the game over happens if she is infected with their debuff or she has a time limit before she succumbs to the parasite.

Food for thought. Just some ideas I thought was cool.

Re: Parasite in City [New Comic!]

Actually I'm still confused:confused:
Is this a Flash Game?
Or Flash Comic?

Or Action Game just like the first one?

sorry about you'r confused

you can blame canada for this

Re: Parasite in City [New Comic!]

I liked the bug animations the most, but not because they were insects. I just like the cum pumping animation with the flies.

Re: Parasite in City [New Comic!]

Cum pumping is great on everything!

It could only be better with some cum inflation...:D

Re: Parasite in City [New Comic!]

Honestly, the amount of hgames where monsters/males ejaculate with ~2 droplets is too high. Where's fun in that anyway?

Gameplay wise, those are great ideas.

+1, definitely more focus on the parasite and eggs and their after-effects.

Re: Parasite in City [New Comic!]

Glad to see you approve. I noticed that alot of the popular games/CG sets tend to have some sort of corruption or after effects from sex either visually or as some character statistic.

I wouldn't even know what to do with myself if this was done with the artwork and setting of Parasite in City.

Another game over idea!
If zombies cum in the heroine too many times she starts turning into one of the female zombies that just walks around getting fucked.

Coding this crap would be a pain though. :(
