I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but has the dialogues of this game fully translated?

I was just starting the game with the English translation on, but as soon as the heroine became a futa, dialogue went back to moon runes.

I get two sentences translated no items no story and I even try typeing words into translator in english to japanese to figure out what the hell I have dont know what onahole looks like in menu or candle I am so lost I get the slave ending
