This is an exploration/puzzle solving point-and-click horror game, you use the mouse to control your character, click on cabinets to hide in them and try to solve your way out of a mysterious... hospital? I think? That is filled with horrible monsters. The game goes a bit heavier into actual horror elements than I was ready for, and it kind of hooked me - but I'm now stuck at the elevator puzzle since it relies on understanding japanese.

Controls:
pure point-and-click. This game is controlled 100% with the mouse, nothing else even works.

Gameplay and H content:
enemies wander some hallways that you have to avoid - failure to do so causes them to grab you, damaging you for one heart (you get 5.) If you run out, it cuts to a game over rape scene (fully voiced and animated by the way) after which you load last checkpoint automatically. Judging by the previews on dlsite, there seem to be some event H scenes, but as I mentioned earlier, I'm stuck at the elevator puzzle pretty early on and haven't seen any of those yet. Gallery has an impressive number of slots, so there seems to be a decent amount of content to the game as a whole.

Story:
As I can't read the japanese, I can only guess what the story itself is. Far as I can tell, our protagonist, Melice, is a nurse? who was working at this hospital when things went full silent hill. Now she's trying to find a way back out to normality without losing her life - or chastity (don't quote me on that I don't know if she's a virgin) in the process.

Fetishes: rape, monster, tentacles, pregnancy (from dlsite, so far I've only seen rape and humanoid monsters myself)

Update: using a scuffed photo translator app and a lot of trial & error I've solved the elevator puzzle; [open doors] [1] [ritual circle] [needle] [2] [close doors]. Triggers a scene on the way down, too.

I've finished the game and it's really good, better as a short horror game than as porn but it's really striking and well done. Highly recommend checking it out, though I can confirm that there is guro in there. Not in any of the porn scenes, but there's a, uh, scare moment that's quite bloody.
 
Yes, very strong, unavoidable guro warning.

I managed to clear the game without too many hiccups, but there were an awful lot of times I thought i had died but nope...that's just the story playing out lol.

As Games Dude alluded to, the H content isn't anything spectacular (I've seen worse, but I wasn't exactly impressed). Barring that, the game was an interesting experience, to say the least. Not sure it's worth the price tag though with how short it is.

There's quite a bit of blood. And about every major event involves the protagonist either "fake" dying, killing a baby or doing something that looks traumatic. One of the puzzles consists of you ripping someone's cranium open and then looking at a diagram to put screws in the correct places while avoiding clicking in the wrong places. There are jumpscares regarding the dead baby and a major theme of the game consists of your main character being oblivious and heavily weight conscientious while the setting reminds her of what she apparently did regarding her or someone elses baby. There doesn't appear to be a good ending either.

I, uh, i think i might want to reconsider.
The previous game which is similar as balls but with a blonde chick reskin didn't give me a good impression the first 5 minutes (i mean it was unappealing).

And the screenshots, just like in this one, showed pretty basic H, but you guys say there are quite a few scenes.
so? Does it have variety or no? (H wise)
 
The h content is pretty basic honestly, the main appeal here is as a horror game I think. It's surprisingly good.
 
I can't figure out a way to input the code near the beginning of the game, i'm pretty sure i know the code but i can't manage to put it down does anyone know why?

Edit: I guess it wasn't displaying the signs for whatever reason
