Ignoring the other girl, Selena left the hotel, deciding where she was going to go.

Selena looks around, then heads towards what she would remember as the closest sporting goods store
(Somewhere with armor/ammo)

Selena decides to head for a gun store, as some of those places have been known to sell body armor.

As Selena was walking, she quickly took cover when she saw some kind of creature made of slime moving across the ground...

(The creature hasn't noticed Selena yet, what does she do?)

Selena stays behind cover as she scopes in on the slime, deciding that she wasn't going to shoot at it if it hadn't seen her yet, but she was ready to blow it to bits if it so much as looked at her way... or... sniff, or however slimes see.

Selena easily remains undetected as the slime slowly goes away...

Selena continues her walk, until she reaches the gun store. It looked heavily looted, much like the rest of the city, and wasn't sporting a huge arsenal of weapons, as Selena had hoped...

Selena was in front of the store, deciding what to do...

Selena slowly makes her way into the store, searching for a list of things, most importantly of all, she was looking for a bullet press and maybe a better rifle, second of all, she would be looking for armor and perhaps, actual bullets.

The ammo press was gone, and there wasn't much of interest left inside the store, except for a .32 caliber magazine, and a box of ten .22 Long Rifle rounds.

Lighting another cigarette, Selena looked into the packet, and saw she had six left.

Selena sighs as she pockets the ammunition, after another quick look around, she tries to remember which was closer; another gun store, or perhaps a convineance store;

She then heads for the closer one.

(It doesn't really matter which is closer, I calculate the distance the same way, it just depends on where you want to search.)

Selena decides to head to the next hunting store along the way, hoping to have better luck there.

Selena left the gun store, then departed for a hunting shop,

(Perception check)

During her walk down the street, it seemed that the slime from before picked up on her trail, as it was fast approaching her from behind.

However, she heard it coming, and had a chance to react.

Selena quickly raises her rifle and begins to fire at it, shooting rounds at whatever looked like it would hurt the most,

"Heh... back off!" She continues to fire at it, hoping to quickly kill it (Fire as many shots as she's allowed without getting penalties?)

(With her rifle, that's limited to one aimed shot, as she needs to chamber the next round.)

Selena fires a round at the approaching slime, barely missing, it pierced one of it's organs as it retreated for a second, then began approaching again.

(Selena stunned the slime.)

Selena chambers another round and fires again

"Not a very smart one, are you?"

(Selena attacks, her shot was MIND-BOGGLING!)

With one more shot, Selena aims for the organ least covered by the slime, and fires, making the slime drop dead immediately.

Selena grins and spits on the slime, then chambers around round and continues on her merry way to the hunting store.

After many minutes of walking, Selena's Cig burns out, and the stress of the sun on her made her want another.

Selena reaches the hunting shop, only to be greeted by a similar scene. This store was looted as well, windows smashed, and all.

Selena sighs and lights another as she wanders around, looking for anything that may've been overlooked.

Selena enters the store, checking for enemies, but finds no sign of one.

(Search check)

Selena finds two .38 caliber magazines, on separate sides of the store, they appeared to be overlooked.

Pockets the two magazines with a sigh, then decides to start back towards the inn, trying to see if she could find a convineance store along the way.
