People tend to forget that the undead, lack tactile feedback and sensations from nerves.

Still I bet she now gives even better fellatio then a regular zombie.

I dunno, she did get all flustered when Kimihito (actually had to look up the guy's name) got a little too grabby when sewing her boob back on. Most likely the parts that can fall off do so easily and can be removed without Zombina noticing.

Actually the term your looking for is boob plate. Armor that has been modified to 'fit' the breasts comfortably, inside the chest plate.
