Good luck with that, links for their games have always been scarce due to low sales and DRM. They usually have horrible game play but passable animation.

Sort of walkthrough beta:
1. Start screen. Take knive, click on dead monster mouth, take used condom
2. Go left, go left, take gauges near bicycle wheel. Return to start screen
3. Go right, click stairs, get coin
4. go right to whore/shotas - buy knife. Click board - there is text on it "2 oral"
5. go right, click door, agree to for dog sex , earn coin
6. go right, click on dumpster, open dumpster lid. take key
7. go left until a place with door, click door, use key on padlock, enter door
8. go right ( soldier and track ), click on track door, get pills
9. return back to the main street
10. go right till the end, enter room with maniac who put girls in concrete blocks, give pills, take syringe
11. go left till start screen, go left, upstairs, use syringe on a tentacle monster on wheelchair
12. explore room - get oil from trunk, carrot from drawer
13. "Look at family" - take knife ( toilet ) and shaving kit ( shelf )
14. Proceed back to the fence door, go up, go up. Use condom on caged girl, fucking by dog, so you can go right.
15. enter door, explore room. There is a carrot hidden there in human organs
16. go right, click on ballons, use gauges on ballons. This will kill weird guys, so you can take "sex toy"
17. return to the place where caged girl was, proceed left, take carrot, go left
18. give coin to faceless guy, enter room. use knifes on monster - you'll kill 2 small one, then cut off monster cock
19. go right, take hose from bassin, use oil to open water

Need to say, some hotspot areas are pretty small, so you need to move mouse cursor slowly to find them

Some useful tips
1. If you're broke ( 0 coins ), you can earn money ( 1 coin ) in dog sex studio. But if you have some cash, studio is closed
2. About this path:
soldier - crossroads - ... - clown - ,,, hairy lady - gorilla -.. - "end room"
If you have no money, "end room" is empty. but if you have at least 1 coin, you can see a guy you can play with and "double your money". Save game here before playing!
