I'm stuck at the point in the walkthrough where it says I need to talk to the "armed forces leader sergeant" after I question the nuns in the basement of the headquarters. Which character is the sergeant, and where can I find them?

EDIT: Found them! It's the soldier standing in the middle-rear of the army on the world map.
