Mr. Hope Youguess62 files a motion that this case be dismissed for a number of valid reasons. First, that the evidence only shows that the defendant has purrfect taste in puns. Second, that puns are legal and highly encouraged in the defendant's legal residence. Third, that the court cases are cat-egorically archived. Fourth, he was only kitten to begin with. Finally, the defendant has on multiple occasions assisted in catface combinations in the shoutbox.
Your Honor, we need to (cat)nip these junk lawsuits in the bud, starting meow.

The court does admit that these puns are rather bad most of the time, but will not press major charges despite this. However, since these puns are all cat based, so long as the defendant can provide one futanari neko to the court as part of his fine, then the charges will be dropped, under probation of being limited to no more than 2 horrible cat based puns per day.
An additional punishment for the bad puns is that the defendant must be naked for one week whilst in the Shoutbox.
Also, the one named Smokefish has such a terrible signature that he has no room to talk about bad puns or bad anything.
