ok, i found this CG set ages ago on Exhentai, but it has since been removed, i have no idea what it's called or who the artist was, but can someone help me out, here's some of the pics from the set

i believe it was made by the same guys that did Naedoko Fight Girls, but i can't find a name of the artist.

can someone either drop me a DL link for the set or at least the artists name

hey guys, i need a little Legal advice.

right, i have had this for a while

it's a little free game made by a guy called Frey. however, i have started messing about with the program and i am currently turning it from a "tentacle rape" game into a "Consentacles" game.

now, i am wondering whether to put it online, because i'm not sure what legal-issues could pop up because of it. bare in mind that the original game is free and that this will also be free, i am not going to charge anyone for the download.

my current plan (after it is finished and just before i release it) is to:

1) ask Taiyoukei Kaihatsu Kikou, Solar System Development Organization, Frey and Glamour Works if i can use their things (naturally)
2) credit all of the above for use of their things.
3) put a disclaimer saying that all of the text is a combination of my and Frey's work, as well as put a link to the VNDB page of the original.

am i free from any legallities as long as i follow these steps? and what do i do if i cannot get ahold of these people?

Well, first you should obviously look for license. That said, if you get permission from makers and credit them properly, it should be okay.

No one is going to hire a lawyer to sue you, especially if you register your domain and use bogus info. Really good luck then. He'd need a warrant. Which would require a judge. Imagine someone trying to get a judge to issue a warrant to track down your info because some guy who made a free porn game wants to sue you for using some of his stuff to make another free porn game. Yeah, not gonna happen.

It's nice of you to follow these steps, but as a legal matter it does not make any difference. No one is suing you over a free porn game. And if they tried, they would likely find the court system to be rather unaccommodating.

I suppose that's why Swiss Made isn't in jail with all of the stuff he nicked, and he charged people for it...

but the problem is that i cannot seem to get ahold of contact information for any of them. i haven't found any sight or sound from Frey since a few months after the original. the last time he posted under the name Frey on any website i found was back in 2010... does anyone have any idea how to contact any of these people?

Everything I uploaded is still alive, I don't exactly have most of what wazzup uploaded lying around, but I at least have some of the nekoken works, but I'll have to see if I have anything else.

The torrent (magnet link) on that site is still working. Please use that!

Sorry, my upload capacity isn't endless and I uploaded the whole MASURAO collection once to Megaupload and twice to Mediafire. Ofc all the files have been deleted.

Next re-upload to a host will be only when the new MASURAO game comes out.

PS: Not to mention that the MASURAO games were downloaded at least 300 times by each and I just can't understand why someone else can't re-upload them.
