Most functioning adults prefer knowing all the facts rather than whining about how the government is somehow the cause of all the problems in their life. /pol/ is to the alt-right what tumblr is to the left. Only difference is, /pol/ can dig up something that's both factual and significant enough to warrant further research, albeit once in a blue moon and only during a collective larp session. If you're looking for the full story without bias from them, though, you'll have better luck at a Christian summer camp. I mean, anyone who has been paying attention the last year knows the misdeeds of the previous administration are just coming to light. It's pretty much a tradition for the incoming administration to dig up dirt on the previous administration and proceed to shit on them at every turn. It just happened that Obama had been making deals with a ME drug cartel/terrorist organization and Iran happened to be in support of them, if the current evidence is to believed. We don't even need to go into the Uranium One deal, either, cause that's a can of worms that makes the accusations of "Russian meddling" in the 2016 presidential campaign look like child's play.

And, for the record, I don't dislike Obama. I have no feelings about him either way, as much as I have zero feelings about Hillary or Trump or Charles Manson. I just wanted to make the point in my previous post that even the "good" governments are fraught with shifty behavior and maybe people like Splicer should take a moment to look in the mirror and stop blaming everyone else for their own failings. The government didn't tell you to sit on your ass like a passive waste all day and bitch about how they're the problem. You made that decision. If you can't even act like an adult with responsibilities, then kindly abstain from contaminating the gene pool further. The world is gonna need another 20-40yrs to fix the mess it's in currently without you further shitting it up.

I mean, miracles can happen when we least expect it. History shows some pretty incredible, unexpected shit happening when it's least expected. That said, this past election basically lit the fuse on the "clean shit up" bomb. Only a matter of time before we see one of three outcomes. Personally a fan of the "progressive ideology takes a fat "L" and all but vanishes for another 20 years while the world sorts itself out" outcome.

Skimming the article as one does, it's a win/lose. Anyone who isn't Google/a pal of Google will immediately lose a significant amount of revenue they generate from ads alone. On the other hand, if one looks at this from the skeptic's perspective, it's a move that a majority of AdBlock users will consider dropping AdBlock over. I mean, Youtube and Google ads aside, are there any significant sites outside 4chan and Facebook that use ads and [/i]aren't[/i] affiliated with Google?

Another concern aside the obvious nepotism involved, it's perfectly legal. Google can discriminate based on their own set of rules and such and nobody can raise a fuss. I expect a good portion of non-affiliates to get hit hard revenue-wise.

The "it's okay to be white" thing was more a reactionary move than anything else. The primary intent was getting the attention of the msm (which they did) and exposing the left's hypocrisy (again, they did). When I do gander over there, it's usually slide threads, Trump gens, and, as you've said, "general idiocy and weaponized autism." They still think that they were the ones who got Trump elected or that "meme magic" is a real thing, or are practicing a sincere form of Poe's Law just to fuck with outsiders. I really can't tell. I'm not even a regular there. I mostly browse /tg/ and /tv/. The former is for hobby shit and the latter for Doctor Who/memes.

Legally speaking, the Spanish state is correct and the ones that voted for independence are guilty of treason. But the Spanish state are also the ones who decide what is and isn't legal there so that's not saying much. And the vote was held anonymously so they can't actually charge anyone for said treason

I'm reading the wiki on it now, and it looks like this has been a constant thing since the 1920's. I'll probably find the reason Catalonia wants to secede from Spain a bit later, but I have to wonder if the constant headache is really worth it for Spain. I mean, yeah, flexing your muscles helps keep the nation united; but, it's been almost 100 years of this shit. Either resolve the issue however it best works for both sides, or let them go. It also can't be good for national pride that a state has been going nearly 100 years on trying to secede and your only real effort in preventing it has been telling them "no."
