The 'story' and map part is very similar to the previous game of the circle (specifically, a VN talk for story and map drawing with dots marking where you can go)
But once you pick a spot to attack you go into a dungeon crawling style gameplay
(think Maiden Snow...)
The game itself is still fairly simple tho, basically all you can really do is attack, move, use items.
You have 2 characters, and whichever get taken down is captured and slowly corrupted (no not the turn to evil corrupt, more like breaking the barrier so they can rape her proper) while the other escape and can recover to try and rescue the friend.
Each character has 3 equipment slot, weapon, armor and accessory, though in the old demo accessory didn't seem to do anything.
There's a time system in there, the girls recover/dungeons spawn/corrupting progress with time spent outside either resting or crafting items.
"Scene" progress is something like this (there was no image, just basically "Scene X" then "Text - in progress" sort of placeholders)
