Maybe I gave an inappropriate impression with the evidence scenario? I am not the prosecution, I'm the judge, jury and (I think executioner is a bit heavy in this instance).

I don't really care if you consider yourself, prosecution, judge, jury or whatever. Forum moderation never is and never will be a proper courtroom (though you are not making a very good judge and jury if you were, since those are supposed to listen to both parties before coming to a verdict, and if anything your actions are actually closer to prosecution if anything right now imo)
Whatever your title other than being a staff member though, why does it hurt to just quote 1 or 2 of those posts where you think I intentionally miscounted? You seem to think I did so multiple times, so shouldn't be that hard right?
