ok now instead no text there are all kind of illegible symbols. No it not Japanese writing. All the needed fonts where installed with the RTP's so I have no idea.

There's some links still working over at Anime-Sharing forum though, just search for the RJ code over there should get you them.
EDIT: About the new game, a quick summary from my first few minutes into playing it. (it's one of those 'take over territory' strategy game)
You have 3 resources to care about:
-Money - for researching new technology
-Ore? - For increasing troops
-Life - for 'training' (YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN)
You get the first two each turn based on how many territory you control (you can check which add how much)
For Life (or Essence?) you get them through battles, not sure how the amount is calculated but the more things dying the more you get.
The menu are:
1 Troops:
Click on towns to get the choice of:
-Information (income per turn, unit production capacity, etc) No not gonna bother going into details
-Troop production
-Marching (not sure about what decide their path, but you only choose how many to send out)
2 Technology:
This seem to be based on the girls you will have (right now I only have the initial girl) each skills have their description but I'm not that fluent, all I know is that the first girl (Marie)'s first tier are:
Resurrect some enemy unit they die to serve you
Resurrect some ally unit that die to serve you
Allow the use of Weaken skill
Each tech mention their cost and how many turns to research.
3. Training:
Where the H content is, you basically poor the Life into the girl of your choice to increase their exp (I assume higher level = stronger corruption) You will get the scene even if you didn't pour in enough to level them.
4. Config (sound level, really)
5. Data (Save/Load/Title/Exit)
6. Tutorial, though it's more like Hint/how to play (there's some image, but for the most part it require being able to read Japanese to really get the more important info)
7. End turn.

That's what happens when you don't start with japanese locale settings or a locale fix like Microsoft AppLocale. I am not sure, but Translation Aggregator might also include a locale fix. I run all japanese games in a virtual WinXP with japanese settings (created with the help of VirtualBox).

PS.: the funny thing is that I tried to play translated Sakiq and the English text also shows up that way. So its not just Japanese.
I have all jap language installed and my windows is in jap Unicode. I would have never asked for help if I would have not done everything I could think about already.

And some parts are animated, and pretty much all the girls are fully voiced .-.
It's a dungeon crawling game, although a rather simple one, frankly that alone make it less boring than the typical 'grind until next H-scene that only appear on story path' RPGmaker game

Well the second WAX game was way to short and linear :/
Sona was actually really good, though I'm stumped on the true ending thing, but I'll wait for a patch for some of the crashes and bugs before I try playing through a second time.
