Franken? the man join in arena? join 3 mob then south to 2nd town, then possibly go east hill find boss (now here only... if not near start no idea...)

also click note in arena NE room then go arena has fight.

I'm a lot further than you are right now. Franken is the shy girl you meet after you leave the arena.

well theres is no tedddy bear in the weapon and armor shop
the old man is the man that give you the quest with the naughty book or is it another

Keep in mind that the teddybear stays on your next playthrough with the same save. Doing that basement thing locks you in that path and prevents you from going that Mari route.

i'm on the marai route and the teddy is there, its on the middle desk, on the right hand side, i missed it the first time i looked for it.

Lol! Well, I'm not a mod, so I can't give the answer to that question, all I could do is give my opinion, which I prefer not to, because I don't want to go anymore off-topic than I already went.

Weird. When I checked a previous save before the dark route there was no teddybear there until the man told me about that slave book thing.

Possibly, probably not gonna do it though. Working on PF and Virgin Island at the moment, plus I had a look at his older way of organising things, MUCH more difficult than Saki Quest.
