No idea how to get mode 2 but for second ending I did got it this way
Mode 3, knock her down then tie her up then use H attacks so that she cums and rape, I made her cum during rape, don't know if it matters
Did the same thing for round 2, not sure if it matters either
Round 3, tie her up and rape while floating

I'm noticing a few bugs in Latina. Such as when you attack her after you've stripped her completely, but her arm clothing comes back for a small section of an animation. Also the bind attack ends as soon as you cast it when she is on all fours. Hope JSK gets a patch out sooner rather than later. I know these patches can slow down translation progress.
 
Aw yeah, got the evening to myself, can't wait to crack this bad boy open!
Edit: Damn, I always forget how the number of people on the guide spike around the time of a new release, I have a feeling we'll be fleshing the details of this game out right quick!

I noticed that too in fighting girl one were her skirt is somewhat visible behind despite removing all clothing
 
I got the lewd ending. It's either because I chose dialogue 1-2 or because I used a lot of foreplay moves before a sex scene so she was in the mood first.

Actually wait, this is the M end. I... suppose the S end comes from doing the same thing but losing the last match. I'll try that.

Nope. Maybe it's doing lewd attacks over and over and then losing.

So when you knock her down you can tie her up then tease her. If you make her cum she loses instantly.
 
Ending requirements (mostly from readme):
Ending 2 (M End): Start Story Mode 3, use at least 10 foreplay moves while she's tied up
Ending 3 (Captive End): Start Story Mode 3 (I think it also works from 2), take less than 2000 damage, and rape her at most once
Ending 4 (Love End): Start Story Mode 2, don't rape her, choose the 1st dialogue option each time, and take less than 2000 damage
Ending 1 (Rape End): Fail to get any of the others. If you rape her after each round and choose the second option each time, you get the pregnant variant

I think I tried just about every dialogue combination on mode 1 (except intro dialogue) and I still didn't unlock mode 2. Intro dialogue is probably necessary.
 
I did that about 10 times now. It's either a specific dialogue combination or something else.

On another note though, ending 3 unlocks extra mode 2.

Also, you can counter some of her attacks with Grand Collapse, but you have to time it. When the attack's about to hit you need to activate it. If you use it too early you waste the MP cost of the skill and it doesn't come out.

Just looked at the readme again, and you're right. You have to choose the correct choices (I got it with 2-1-1-1-1-1) in Story Mode 1 and she needs to still be a virgin.

Also does anyone else think the song for Story mode 2 and 3 sounds like a knock off of Beat the Angel from Tales of Symhponia?

It sounds familiar, but it... somehow... sounds like the dark side of the OST, Beat the Angel, dude.
 
Can someone explain in more detail how to break the head armor? Tried the 3 hit combo mentioned in the guide and still kinda confused.
Edit: I may have misinterpreted what was meant by head armor. Is it possible that head armor refers to the bit of armor on her neck (not the part on her forehead)?

That is correct. Her headdress with the feathers can not be removed in combat. Only the neck guard.

Thanks! Also, would you have any idea on what the blue option does in the counter menu? It appears to be related to knockdown and is usable at some points, but I always take damage after using it.
