I could have provided better examples, but this applies to all throws and not just Kuromaru. I even used state 800 because that's just the most accepted throw state(s) amongst creators.
Oh! I bet you can, lol, but I guess I'm the only creator who hasn't used StateDef 800 as a throw. It's not that I don't want to, it's just that, I haven't made anything related to tossing people around, hehehe. I am, however, rewriting every little mess I did with Umby, while over working Customization for P2 to create their own StateDef, in addition to making their own ChangeAnim. Of course, Umby will still do its things if no one has done any customize, but you know... such a long process of code that needs to be done while testing every little bit of it. Yes, even in 1v2, 2v2, or above that.

Beside my little umby, how your creation of the punching bag? If you haven't ended it

Doesn't have to be tossing someone around, just some kind of easily accessed grab.
Sometimes easier, simpler methods are better to go with. I always start small and then just add maybe a couple more features to it like struggling. Unless otherwise required of course.

I think you have me mixed up with someone else, I was never working on a punching bag. Anything I'd do would actually be playable.

I do the same, but once you start adding a lot of things while adding helpers into that move. It can be very messy, or complex to handle, especially if all the helpers looks the same lol

Oh that beat em up concept, yeah I'm the creator of that but it's just a private thing now. No point in putting out something that got little to no interest.

I was just confused as you referred to it as a "punching bag", which in this case would refer to a character that exists to be beaten up.

That's because I forgot the name you set it. I did recalled, it was something of beating, which is why I used "punching bag", which was close to beat them all lol

I could have told them he was private, but my gut told me not to set him up as a private character. Anyway, people may surprise you later down the road the more you work on anything you put your mind into, but if you wished to keep the project a secret, Some of us will respect your decision and you should continue having fun with that project 😉

You're absolutely correct there. Sometimes people will just show up out of nowhere, excited and looking for more. Other cases it just falls flat and nothing comes of it. No point in continuing something that's dead from the start y'know?
It's not really a secret and I guess private is technically the wrong word too. It's just not out in the public anymore. I reference and show it whenever I need to back up my word of having some semblance of skill in making characters.

I know what you mean. You have it as a profilio for those people that may ask you to provide evidence in making character, and by showing them proof is more powerful than words while your codes remains secured. 😹

Yeah, though it was never meant to be "secure" and still isn't. I just stopped uploading updates and removed any dead links I could remember.

It’s really just a matter of needing a reason to continue in full force. My ideas are all still in writing and the direction is already there.

I am one of those people. I was looking forward to it, 美少女戦士ベルアク is one of my favorite h games to date.

is that the sailor moon version? google translate it terrible, but google images shows me the anime series of sailor moon, but in mugen edition lol

Maybe one day in the future.
The concept is already more than far enough along to be used freely as long as the editor knows how to work with helpers.

Lucky for me, I have a strong fundamental of using helpers, especially if a helper grabs another helper(s)

Then you’d have no troubles whatsoever. All you have to do is remember a few numbers for the common animations used by the helpers.

Lucky for those like yourself without experience, I covered most of the hard work already. If you know anything about adding sprites and animations then you know most of the minimum requirements.
Everything else is remembering the common numbers used for the animations and understanding throws more.

Oh I know, I got a big list in my Umby when it comes to helpers and all the customizes things that people can do, if they have the talent to learn, or create their own StateDef lol

A list does help, though you would never want to overwhelm anyone with too much info and a difficult process. If I wanted to edit that, I would just write my own code in place.

In my case, I have a few dedicated vars used in every helper’s spawn that are just their stats. The animation list typically runs up to 100 slots at most per enemy. The idea was to keep it simple and provide space for a huge roster as you’re unlikely to use all 100 per enemy. You’re not forced to work by that standard, however.

Well, now i'm definitely intrigued Dman_bro, but again, i wouldn't impose on you by requestin anything about this, HOWEVER, correct me if i'm wrong but you DO keep working on this project of yours, don't you? if that's the case then please, by all means, keep us updated. When you have the chance.
Also speaking of mechanics, those sound good, Mizuglu, sadly i personally am not into furry though i'm sure those who are would enjoy it a lot!
