Almost thought I'd never see it happen. I'm still a bit dissapointed that almost all of Iris' (And most of Toriena's) scenes are rehashed from the previous game - even if they're a little more fleshed-out - but I do like Dahlia's scenes. The parts where you have to play as Nestor to advance the plot, drag on far too long - especially if vanilla M/F content isn't your thing. Most of it's just navigating the clunky menu to get to the next story bit. Just seems like we waited 12 years for not all that much new. Hopefully now it's done, the dev can do something entirely new.
 
I am stucked in the part where you need to investigare the Ruin's Prison. Where is it? I went through the entire Ruin but cant find the place.
 
For anyone just wondering, in the ENG version, in the first stage, there are three types of mushroom, but so far, only the Pink0mushroom have the aphrodisiac liquid attack.
Of course, there is also the slug on the second stage that also throws the aphrodisiac liquid.

Also found out many scenes from the paid rewards long ago got the scenes removed like the Chimera licking

Also Ryona is completely gone from the chimera too, and estrus is changed to "orgasm" agehao face

I don't really know, i feel this game was too much hype, lots of scenes yes, even new characters, but it was mostly more than the dev could chew
 
Does anyone have a walkthrough?
I'm at the part after the mansion where it is free roam and I can switch between Iris and Nestor. At this point I don't know how to progress the main story or unlock new maps. Do I have to do Nestor's dating part to progress?(I dont like playing nestor's part :()

+1 btw to the ruins quest; i beat the game without ever knowing where I was supposed to go. Something about a secret entrance.

You only need to trigger "Gather information" to progress the story. Just check all 4 rooms, and then timeskip the next day until you feel like going back to the fun part of the game (Playing as Iris)

Yeah, well, we knew the H content we were gonna have being reused massively from Iris action (sadly since it "old", but it's still quality).

Now I (don't dare) hope he gonna start working again on Torenia action (and not take another decade to do it)...

Hell, consedering the animated scene quality, he could just make some animation set or serie of short h-movies... They should still be worth of attention (and propably would take much less time) :p.
But yeah, another game please ! With original scene too !

That's...well...sorry to disappoint you, but probably not. I'm reasonably confident that they will probably return to Earth Gaiden 3D once the Iris Chronicle post launch period settles down. And if you haven't heard of that, it might be because it's not an H game. Fanservicey, very much so, but no outright H.

Though the Earth Gaiden RPG game with the blue-haired protagonist never fully materialized, so who knows.
 
Seems like you're just setting yourself up to be disappointed if you expect anything new out of this dev. I lost all interest when he dropped torenia action.

The game uses UNITY engine, so go check if there is a problem with how your Unity saved games in its directory, or
Your copy of the game is not correctly compressed / decompressed? Highly doubt that, or
Are you asking how to save the game? Probably not...


I think, one of the reason why it took over a decade for Oiran to complete a game may be due to his father's death, as he mentioned in one of his posts ( and as a consumer, I REALLY hope that is the only major case and not because he have other on-going life crisis, so that Oiran can return to producing high quality games soon, moving forward ).

In my opinion, the game does feels a bit lacking... Perhaps because of the monotonous display and action? I mean, quite a lot of H-RPG nowadays allows for clothes-changes and bind curse-equipment ( which will also be reflected on the standing-picture ), or maybe it is just me feeling a little burnt out? Though, of course, since it does took a paramount effort to produce ONE major scene ( and all of it's variants ), I'm not complaining, just stating some of my opinion on the matter.

I download this game from ryuugame. i don't know if the game they compress is corrupt or something.

Well, don't wanna leave you hanging, so I'm just gonna say I am not a technical or IT guy.
I can offer some meager logical advice, but probably not the solution.
Long ago, some games cannot be saved just because of a file rename, or games cannot launch without setting to a Japanese Locale, or a corrupt/missing dll files, a bunch of stuff, but most of it should no longer affect most users nowadays ( probably ).

Edit: Oh, yeah, sometimes ago, there was also the Windows XP/7/8/10 incompatibility stuff going on, but again, probably not the cause for Unable to Save Game a game.

well, i already did it. i already set japanese locale. maybe i have to buy this game my self.

I also can't save but, I remember playing and saving when there are only trial version. Now, I have tried redownload the trial version in Ci-en and i also cant save too.
 
Yeah, I know it's wishfull thinking on my part to ask for more stuff, it would just have been nice. I can dream, I just don't have any hope for this dream.

As for thoses who can't saves.

Most likely reason :
1) Force all the game folder to NOT be in "read only"
2) game path too long
3) AV kicking in (just try to turn it off a litle to test)
4) foreign character prevent reading the adress (remove any syntax and non local character, event the "star" from the name.
5) interference with the trial save. Delete the trial save (everything, whole folder if it's a folder, the registry corresponding key if the game is registry saved... - do make back-up save before).

Thoses are frequent point to check, no guarantee any work.
 
Generally didn't check out this game until now that it's fully released, it is a bit of a shame that so much of it is just rehashed iris action scenes, but adding rpg mechanics and stuff to it makes it a little more engaging. Having a semi-decent english translation is nice too, context can make a scene a lot hotter. Haven't played iris action in years either so the CGs still feel fresh, if not new. I noticed that for the giant slug's vore scenes, I seem to be missing the last scene in the movie viewer. Which is weird, because there's really only one way to proceed with that scene which is to mash the wait action until it's game over. Anyone know how to trigger that last scene? Or I guess anyone who used the master unlock can just tell me what that scene is. I don't want to spoil myself on what scenes are in the game by using the unlock.

Checking this thread and finding out some content and scenes are apparently removed from this version is pretty disappointing though. Why would this guy do that?
 
I'm actually reasonably impressed at the gameplay, though I'm frustrated at the translation.

Its better than most machine translations I've seen, but there's still inconsistencies (like "Gloves" are sometimes called "Graves"). And not all translations are consistent (The town is sometimes called "Sewer Town" in the Sewer Scenes, probably some kind of mistranslation?). I'm wondering if its a less-skilled English speaker who is heavily using AI Assistance or something.

The bulk of the story seems to get through, which is important because there's multiple branching paths based off of events, decisions and the like.
