I would guess they want to advertize and making excuses..it's a age restricted area of the site so if they can't handle it like all other age sign in sites then they not doing their job and their excuse is just a blantant lie.
 
Is there any place to look for hentai chars other than mugenarchive, shadaloomugen18 and hentaicharmugen

Good to know. I registered about a month ago, and now I'm requesting my account there to be deleted lol, no point in staying when It's the new Mugen Archive.

Their argument is "minors accessed the 18+ section of our site, so we're shutting it down immediately".

Geez, wonder what would happen if more po*n sites realized that minors can actually click "yes" when they get the "are you over 18?" prompt on their websites. Yes, they can also lie about their birthdays too.
 
I call bs on their excuse also, when it's only the characters, stages and gallery are now locked and not allowed uploads yet the games section and misc are still accessable.

  • NO 18+ FILES ARE ALLOWED ON THIS SITE. Here are the followings:
    • The file will be deleted and you will be resulted as a warning.
    • If we catch you doing it again, then you will be restricted from uploading.
  • The rules still in place..so for now seems no new content is allowed still.
 
Anyone can google any porn site, its not like most pornsites can actually prove your age when entering your site. Even pornhub the biggest pornsite just ask if your 18. You know about maybe more then half the people on pornhub just click ya im 18 when their not.

If you believe this, or not, Some states had forces a law on porn website to provide a verification ID. Without it, you can't enter the site

Tumblr allows porn again? Thought it banned all porn.

Anyways ak1mugen seems to be allowing +18 edit again but requests people to dm him so he can "investigate" you to determine if you are +18 or not. Its crazy lol. Seems to be just bait so he can ban whoever dms him.

Seems like an old gettag char? I think theres some sites where you can find patreon stuff scraped and things even though they're deactivated. Closer to grave robbing than anything, thats probably your best bet outside of someone here having the file.

At first I tho it was gettag chars since they all have mind break phase and torn cloth but it's not. I know some of them are in hentaicharmugen but they don't have those animations.

Thats not going to stop kids from using their parents I.D.s or someone else's I.D. I find it strange also more and more sites are complaining about fictional characters, like they have nothing else better to do with their time.
